In Peace Light and Love

This is a decent location for a McDonald’s. The food was hot and fresh, the fries piping hot! I met my husband here for lunch, on his lunch break. The only thing I didn’t like was the kiosk ordering, it kept glitching, and we couldn’t use my app, no free fries. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Not bad of a place even though they got my order wrong. They fixed it right away and the burger was piping hot. Everything was fresh. Wide drive through lanes. Pretty decent place if you ask me.

We were up here to see family from Texas. Perfect, same fast served, delicious consistent taste and quality. Nice service and breakfast fast and wont break your wallet, thank you!

9/23/23 Batavia McDonlds. The service was good. Drive thru Attendant needs to pay more attention to details, specific condiments were requested but not placed in the bag. I was not able to turn around. It kind of messed up my breakfast.

BEST Mcdonald's thus far!! Ricardo the manager was very attentive and helpful,resolved our minor issue we had and was very apologetic and professional,the staff was great as well, the cleanest mcdonald's I've seen in a long time,we will definitely be back!btw, food was exactly how we ordered it, thanks Ricardo

Of the 4 locations nearby to this one, the kids always request this one, so.. do what you will with that info. For me, it's cleaner than other, the people who work here are friendly and patient with rude customers, and there's a bathroom in the play place area, which is a time-saver.

Went to have some coffee with some other guys. The coffee was fresh and decent. The restaurant was updated and very clean. I us usually don’t go to McDonald’s, I may stop by for a quick breakfast after my bike ride.

They are fast and honest. However, I wish the workers would speak a little clearly and loudly into the microphones I cannot hear them over the speaker sometimes

Difficult to find, the exit makes it seem the the McDonald's is with the gas station. It's around the back.

I stopped for take-out and by the time I was about to pay everything was done and ready to go. The lady who helped me was very nice. This is the best McDonald’s I've been to. It's clean, very well decorated, fast, and most of all the staff is friendly and helpful. They bring the good to your table. Drive thru is consistent with speed & accuracy. Employees are efficient, courteous and accommodating to individuals with disabilities. I watched one worker unpack and unwrap all the food for a customer with disabilities. I'm so impressed with the place I'm writing a review, which I rarely ever do. I recommend this location to anyone, even if you're passing by.

Waiting in a very long line to be greeted by two incredibly rude people. First, the guy who took my payment - he didn't even look at me, or respond to me when I thanked him. He just gave me my card back and stared straight ahead in silence. Next there was a woman at the window where I got my food. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink carrier, and when I asked about my sauces, she insisted they were all in the bag. Nope. Just got to my destination and didn't get what I asked for. When she handed me my food, I thanked her politely. Not a word from her in reply. These people are terrible, and should not be customer facing.

Sometimes I think it is is the customers demanding more than the counter help is prepared to provide. This is because people in the back are just standing around talking. One solution is to hire competent help.

Open 24 hours? Nope. Go by at 2 am...lights are off and cars are there. Go to the drive thru...no one says a word. Get rid of the morning management. That's not how to run a business. Either that or change the hours to "open when we feel like it." Will never spend a dime there again.

Staff is always friendly and the restaurant clean. I have to say I was extremely impressed today when I ordered a signature sandwich. Wow! Not only did it look prefect, it tasted delicious.

So we just not gonna mention the viral video??? I think it's absolutely ridiculous that your establishment hasn't not responded to the millions of people wanting to know what happen with your unprofessional & completely disgusting manager. Very bad for business. I understand McDonald's is one of the biggest companies but you should at lest have some sort of response to the millions questioning this women #badbusiness
