When I lived in Chicago I used to love getting Gloria jeans. It’s in most malls. I got their white chocolate caramel. I think the drink was blended but it wasn’t like frozen.

The person working last afternoon was FANTASTIC. She was slammed with people coming in all at once, and was patient & kind with each person. She made a great coffee for me! She handled all the pressure exceptionally well!

They start with perfectly roasted beans so all the coffee and mixed drinks taste great. Service is always fast and friendly. The drinks made with flavored beans have a wonderful aroma and aren't overly sweet on their own.

They have a good line of products for you to try as well as some good pastries. I only ordered a tea and it was good.
