So let me start with the positive. The food was really good and arrived hot and fresh. The issue was getting my food. I got an alert that the food was in its way and then the driver called me, telling me my address didn't show up on his GPS. Told him that I order food all of the time and never had an issue. After literally arguing with me for 5 minutes on the phone and insisting my house wasn't there and me giving him directions. He found my address on Google and brought my food.

I have been to this Pizza Hut for both pick up and delivery. The majority of the time they are great, but when they screw it up, they go all out. Our food usually arrives fresh and hot, the delivery drivers are friendly, and the time frame given at the time of order is typically within a few minutes of when the food arrives. We use online ordering and our order is always correct. However, we did have one pretty bad screw-up. We live very close to the location and tend to order at busy times, so it usually takes about an hour, which is fine. That day, an hour passed. Okay, they're running late. At 1h30m, I called the restaurant to see where the pizza was. I was told it was just now being made and would be there soon. At 2h, I called again and was told there had been a big mix-up, my order had not been put in, and they would throw in a free big cookie and deduct the delivery fee. I like that they made it right, but for a 2+ hour wait, my meal should have been comped or at least significantly discounted. Overall, though, it's great for what it is: decent fast-food pizza for a quick dinner on a busy night.

I absolutely love Pizza Hut and especially this location in general! I have ordered from this location a bunch of times and it was a great experience each time! From the good quality of food, to the quickness of everything, down to the great customer service, is always overall amazing!! Only had a minor issue with missing items one time, but I called them and they apologized sincerely and rushed back to me with my missing items with yet another sincere apology in person! They really value and respect their customers which says a lot about them and their business since it's so rare to find that these days anymore!! Thank you guys very much for making me and my family's "pizza nights" so enjoyable and keep up the great work!! 👍

Make it taste like it did in the "old" days -- Pizza Hut used to be my favorite, however, over the years the ingredients are not as generous and most of the ingredients are in the center of the pizza and not spread to the edges. This pizza was more like I remembered but in the past the taste does not stay consistent -- will try again!

Waited hours for two pizzas made dinner at home they said cant refund me they told me to put it in the fridge like wtf is this never again ordering from them. DONT ORDER FROM HERE Get the pizzas and it's the wrong one like wtf what a day not eating

I just had an EXTREMELY rude person blow me off... i was trying to solve a delivery issue and he was pretty much a jerk. Even when i said you have quite the attitude he responded with "well... i'm busy so.. do you need anything else?" Lost. customer. I would maybe follow suit if i were you...

Rude employee!! Last night was the final time I will ever order from this Pizza Hut! I ordered online about 5:30pm and received a confirmation email that our order would be delivered by 6:30pm. This was ordered for our daughter who was babysitting our nieces while the adults went out to dinner. Well, 6:30 comes and goes and by 7:15 we are getting calls from the kids asking where there dinner is. So I spent 15 minutes on hold trying to call Pizza Hut, to no avail. So another person at our dinner table calls and OH they picked right up! Perhaps they saw my number had an outstanding order??? I explain to the employee that answered the phone that our order was approaching an hour late and he puts me on hold, never to return!! So I called back from yet another phone, and the employee that answered told me that well it’s Friday and they are busy, so my pizza will get there when it gets there, and if I call again he’ll just cancel our order. Then he hung up on me!! Pizza finally arrived about 8pm and the kids said the driver was very apologetic. My guess is his tips suffer due to the horrible customer service on the phones. Instead of the adults having a nice, enjoyable, expensive dinner, I spent the appetizer and salad course tracking down the kids food. This is not the first bad experience with this location either. Order ANYWHERE ELSE!
