2 stars because employee in the drive thru was nice and polite. Took away 3 stars because the food went straight in the trash after a bite or two. Beijing beef was very old, tough and chewy. Portions were tiny, maybe half the amount of chicken as given at other Panda Express stores.
They get payed pretty well to be working so slow. The lines get so long and you need to wait due to the lag of the cooks. I still can't believe the customer service hasn't gotten better.
I got there a half hour before closing, and they only had chow mein and crab rangoons. When I asked where the rest of the food is they said they aren't making anymore because they wanted to leave at closing time.
