One of the best pizza huts. The pizzas and the dessert was amazing. However there was a lack of service.
I went to Pizza Hut with friends tonight. The food was good but what really stood out was the customer service. We were greeted by Jonathan, who also seated us.
Nothing we asked for seemed too much. I asked Bansari to clean a wet seat off for me and she did so with a smile.
My experience at Pizza Hut was lovely. All the staff were friendly. Based on my visit tonight, I would definitely recommend my friends to visit their restaurant on the Strand.

It's been at least 25 years since last setting foot in a Pizza Hut and I was pleasantly surprised. The general layout of the restaurant with banquet seating was good. Visited late in the evening and the salad bar was looking a bit sorry for itself with a few items missing and low levels on others. Pizza wise, it was pretty good, with enough topping and generally good. The staff were attentive and chatty.
After many long years had a fabulous buffet
We had an after cinema meal at The Strand Pizza Hut. Just wanted to say the customer service from one individual, Johnathan, was outstanding. He had just the right balance of care. We watched him as he greeted every customer with the same grace, welcoming and efficiency, whilst making sure all the tables were clean and replenished with cutlery etc. The food was good too
We came here for a quick dinner before an early theatre show. We are from the US, and UK Pizza Hut pizza is NOT American Pizza Hut pizza. There is less sauce, and the sauce is less flavorful (I read that UK pizza does not have garlic). We got a Hawaiian pizza and even with the toppings it was bland. Next time we would get pepperoni for some zip. This Pizza Hut has a very nice salad bar. The restaurant was busy but service was very good.

Fantastic service from Nahoum.
I searched everywhere for a gluten free pizza for my friend who has quite a few allergies. Nahoum greeted me from my entrance and took care of me, to prepare a specialist pizza. His diligence and care was paramount to my decision to buy from this Pizza Hut (and I am not a usual Pizza Hut customer). But I will surely return for Nahoum and his extreme level of customer care and attention.

The quality of food wasn’t as good as I’m used to from Pizza Hut and prices have become very high which only makes it worth going with a 2 for 1 meerkat meals voucher. Cookie dough portions have gone very small and they were overcooked which ruined it.
The service was very good however and the waitresses were polite and bubbly.

Close to all venues etc on the Strand
The only thing is we were so cold while eating our meal and kept our coats on due to the door continually being opened.
Recommend not to sit on table 26 and surrounding tables.
Was quite busy when we arrived but were shown to seating downstairs where it was much quieter. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. Service was good, but could've seen more interaction as waiters were quite quick to point us to online ordering and leave us to work it out.
Great place to have a meal with the family after a day of sightseeing or visiting London. That’s what we did anyway!

We were there in time for the buffet so all had that and it was delicious, filled us up perfectly and tasted amazing. Hot food, great variety too. Salad bar was perfect.
Ice cream machine wasn’t working for my son and in the end he had 2 bowls of ice cream as 2 members of staff ended up helping with it and got ice cream at the same time!!!
Toilets were clean and tidy too. Floors were a little wet which wasn’t too great but that happens easily and can’t be controlled unless you’re in there 24/7 often, but that was the only downfall.

What you see is what you get. No frills. But I enjoyed the buffet. Great location.
Timelyness of food delivery. We weren't kept waiting long between salad and pizza. Good choice of food too for my son who does not like pizza to eat while my and the wife enjoyed our pizza. Pizza Hut never fails to deliver on the nostalgic pizza experience I remembered growing up. The pizza is always better than domino's, this time was no exception-very good! (But unfortunately the pizza still doesn't come close to papa John's quality) .
The staff were very polite and attentive 10/10.
Toilet smell was bad, (sickly sweet due to strong air freshener), but luckily very far away and can't be helped in that type of building
This is a good place to go for a quick meal if you are going to the theatre. It's a quick walk from Charing Cross Station with most theatres within easy reach. You order and pay at your table and await your food. Every meal includes a trip to the salad bar, which is pretty reasonable. The pizzas were very good, although service was a little slow but it was very busy. There is a very good Tastecard 241 deal, which cuts down the cost. Drinks are a bit expensive. Ask for a table away from the door!
