Not impressed. My Taco salad had three things of shrimp and barely any meat and ALL LETTUCE. Not worth $14. BUT the meat and shrimp I did have was full of flavor.
Trucks really not equipped to handle large crowds. Waited over an hour in line to receive a simple order of two tacos; wait partially caused by a continual problem of missing ingredients/items (which they kept sending a runner out for) .... but also they were just .... slow. Those of us already
They have the best macoroni salad. And serving musubi to guests is always creates a fun conversation about sushi and spam and everyone surprised how delicious it is. Plus the guys at LA Tacos & Co are super nice.

Wow! This place knows what they're doing. The taco's are so bomb. Definitely authentic flavors. Beware of the verde sauce. It's much hotter than expected.
