Nice view of Manhattan and great drinks. The prices don't match the food though. Portions and flavor of the brunch was ok. It's better for happy hour and dinner. But don't expect lots of food on the plate.
So I've found one of the hot spots in Queens, all thanks to one of my best friends! The minute we stepped in the door, I felt the energy, the lively vibe that rings through the restaurant. Moderate volume Music, disco balls hanging, black modern furniture and a gorgeous view of Manhattan.
The menu was about 4 pages including drinks, and it had some phenomenal options. A burger with braised short ribs (delicious by the way), crispy arepas topped with guacamole and pulled pork (quite a unique twist to the standard arepa) and a churrasco dish cooked perfectly when requested for a medium rare. Loved it, and will definitely come back.
Not to mention the drinks were superb- thank you, happy hour!
Blend on the Water Brunch Offerings Are Inviting. I started with The Stormy Night - dark rum, muddled limes, St. Germain liqueur, and ginger beer. Ask for The Stormy Night with little ice for full enjoyment. I wish that I had done so. My dining companions had coconut mojitos.
Our shared appetizer was guacomole with tortilla chips. It was a nice rendition.
The Blend Stuffed Burger is a flavorful affair consisting of ground braised short ribs, guacamole, pepper jack cheese, bacon, a fried sunnyside up egg,lettuce and tomatoes. I placed some of the ketchup from the ramekin on the burger, reserving the remainder to dip the fries. The burger was cooked medium. It was a flavor riot in the best possible sense. The fries soaked up some vegetable oil but were both crispy and tasty with the oil essentially unnoticeable.
My dining companions both chose the same burrito platter. They finished them.
I ended with regular coffee, milk, no sugar.
Blend ON The Water. Had dinner there twice already. Staff is wonderful. Service up tp par. Food and drinks were great. Love the view. Will be a regular..
I've been here several times for dinner. This was the first time going for brunch, celebrating mom's birthday. I knew she'd love it because the food is soooooo good. And she DID! The food is always flavorful and the portions are suitable. YUM YUM YUM!!! I am ALWAYS full halfway in. Lol! Trust me, take all of your leftovers home for later!!!!
I went today to celebrate one of my dear friend's birthday. Misha, our server, was extremely attentive and a pleasure to be helped by her. She advised us of the meals that are most popular and was a true gem! The food, drinks and atmosphere were amazing on this rainy dreary day. Definitely coming back!
Whether you're going for brunch, dinner, happy hour, or simply a quick bite, you can never go wrong with Blend on the Water!! Easily one of my absolute favorite restaurants in NYC, Blend never ever disappoints and the food and drinks are always delicious. The space is always beautifully decorated, and the service is always exceptional!! A great option for happy hour, with great daily deals during the week and on Sundays; and the perfect picturesque spot for a date.
The best place EVER!!!. Went yesterday 09/23/2023 (worst weather), but the experience was excellent from the time we walked in the door till we left. It was my birthday, our waitress was Misha. (Hope I spelled her name right). She was top notch from start to finish. I mean she checked on us every 5 minutes even when we went to the restroom. Our drinks, appetizers and food were awesome. We had drinks almost immediately and appetizers and dinner in under 30 minutes. Plus got a birthday dessert on the house. The decor was amazing. Gratuity was included in the bill but Misha was so great to us we tipped her an additional amount and our bill for 5 people was like $400. Definitely will be returning and definitely asking for Misha. Blend on the Water..thanks for making my birthday extra special.

I recently dined at Blend on the Water and it was an exceptional experience. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time, as this place is in high demand. The highlight of this restaurant is undoubtedly its breathtaking view of the Hudson River, and you can even get there conveniently via ferry. If you're taking the subway, it's just a short 10-minute walk.
Parking can be a bit tricky to find on the streets, so the next best option is the paid 24-hour parking for $50. While the food may be a tad pricey, it's absolutely worth it. I couldn't get enough of their delicious offerings. The real star of the show, though, is their mojitos – definitely try them!
The menu offers a selection of light appetizers, and the ambience is simply amazing. Spanish music plays at just the right volume, creating a lively atmosphere. Blend on the Water is perfect for birthday parties, a special romantic night out, or just a leisurely walk along the river after your meal.
The only minor drawback is that the servers could be a bit more attentive, but it's a minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic experience. Plus, this spot is great year-round. In the summer, I'd recommend choosing outdoor seating to fully soak in the view. I can't wait to visit again! 🍹🍽️🎶🌆
I had to make sure I wrote this review because I visited today to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and everything was perfect!! The atmosphere was very beautiful to look at. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was also very good, which made today’s visit exactly what I hoped it be. I will definitely return again.
Nice place. Friendly staff. Affordable prices. Bit of a walk from any train or bus stop. Food was okay. Grilled Chicken was kind of dry. Chips & guacamole was awesome. Mango & strawberry salad & seafood paella were good. The pork in the Ropa Vieja was a bit dry. Drinks were great. Very spacious with indoor & outdoor dining. Nice decor. Opens daily at 11am-3pm, closes for 2 hrs & re-opens 5-11pm.
Food is exquisite,service is excellent and atmosphere is amazing. They have more than enough servers to serve, when we ordered food came really promptly and it was really tasty. The atmosphere is amazing, the views of outside river bank is so beautiful. Will be definitely coming back again
Enjoyed the dinner and experience at Blend on the Water. Great location! Used the parking garage around the corner as opposed to finding a spot on the street. Everyone was friendly and the food was prepared very well. No issues. Would definitely come back.
Beautiful location for sure. I went with friends and we sat in the room that's closest to the water. The main room had a nice bar and would be a good date spot. Just keep in mind it can get loud. Food was delicious. Please consider adding another vegan option (tacos would be fun!). The vegan pollo was great but was not that filling for the price. I'm glad they had that option. My friends like their meals too.
Beautiful restaurant with a great view of the water! Food was good but could be better. Food was a little dry but not bad in terms of seasoning. Definitely a place to go if looking for a good atmosphere and great view.
Great place to relax and celebrate 🍾. The food is great. Prices are great , drinks are excellent, and the location is awesome. I'm definitely recommending this place. I will be back on my next trip to New York. I am from Miami, so I love this Cuban vibe.
Fantastic experience!! Meesha was our server and truly made our dinner spectacular with her energy and vibes. The employees are extremely nice and attentive and the vibes are absolutely beautiful inside the restaurant as well as on the patio. Our food was phenomenal and I highly recommend the crispy chicken and the seafood was amazinggg!!
Hands down the best place to have lunch. Lunch/brunch menu with a happy hour. Come enjoy the views of the East River, people watch, and enjoy authentic Latin American food. I dare you to not enjoy your food and accompanying specialty beverage. Long wrap around bar, pair tables, and large group seating await you whether alone or with a large group.
The food is good. The music is nice. Decent staff. But they charge an automatic gratuity. I didn’t know about this beforehand. The no baseball cap rule is silly because most people dress casual there.
Me and a friend of mine checked out Blend about a week. Let me just say the ambience, food and drinks are all AMAZING!

I can't say enough about the location of this restaurant, it's perfect!! Very relaxed vibe, the music is not too loud(greatmusic). The FOOD and DRINKS were amazing!!!!! Our waitress was also very sharp with a great personality!! After eating, we walked around by the water and had a great conversation! If you want to go celebrate, propose, anything special!! This is the place!! I will definitely be coming back!!!
