Nice neighborhood eats. Good for weekend brunch when you don’t want to empty your wallet and still get decent cozy food. The fried chicken was good but needed some more flavor. The Buffalo chicken sandwich had too much Buffalo sauce. Service was great and friendly. Iced mocha was more of a cold glass of milk with a coffee bean in it, still good, but not an iced mocha. If I am in the area and want a quick affordable bite I’ll stop by.

Came for dinner, food was good. Service was great. Our server was very friendly and was making conversation with us while we were waiting for one last person to arrive before ordering. We got BBQ wings, pulled pork arepas, fried chicken, meatloaf, and ribs. Most of the food was delicious. The fried chicken was crispy but lacking flavor. I plan to go back to try their brunch menu as well.

They were very accommodating regarding our change in party number 1030a on a sunday. The music was too loud for my liking when wanting to converse with table-mates but we made do, or you can eat outside. The dishes we had (avocado burrata toast, Benedict, power bowl, pancakes, southern breakfast) were all excellent. I especially licked the platter clean of the power bowl (w/o the raw onions). The bloody Mary was tasty, spicy, but not super strong.

Food order: Hush puppies , shrimp and grits, and waiter choice on dessert- Cheese cake with blueberries 🫐 Hush puppies - the smell to delicious fluff balls of divine delights was to die for. They come big, and the smell just invite you to dig right into them, and the sauce 😏 made the puppies hush my mouth with flavor. Shrimp N grits - it was my first time eating this, and at first, I was too sure how I was going to like it. I pop my cherry 🍒 on this because I was taking bite by bite and filling up quick on this. I love how everything ❤️ ♥️ 💗 came together. The grits, 🥚, the tomato sauce, the shrimp and cheese 🧀 made everything taste heavenly. 😋 I definitely think shrimp and grits will be one of my favorite dishes to eat. Cheese cake with blueberries 🫐- the waiter (Tex-Roy) picked it for me, and he made an excellent choice because the cheese cake 🎂 seemed very fresh and melted in your mouth 😋. Funny note as I was eating this song Mi Cher amor was playing and I was in love ❤️ 😍 with this cheese cake as it was my one and only love. La la la and I definitely will be coming back. Music 🎶 choice was very 90s, and I was happy to eat and listen to music as a 90s baby. I want to thank Tex-Roy my waiter for great service and the manager Jose for being so welcoming 🙏

Wow, the chicken & sweet corn waffles, hands down the best I’ve ever had. The side of bourbon maple syrup and fresh whipped cream was the perfect topping. The eggs Benedict with a side salad and house made hollandaise sauce was delicious. The buttermilk pancakes was topped with pulled pork and pouched eggs. The brisket in the Mac n Cheese got lost in the dish. Wasn’t worth the upgrade. Next time we’ll just try the regular mama’s Mac n Cheese. We’re happy we finally got to try this place. A plus that we got seated right away on a Sunday around 1pm. We’ll be back for brunch!

Loved the vibe here and everyone was so nice! We particularly enjoyed the $20 mimosa carafes, the service here was so speedy and efficient we never ran out of water or lacked any napkins. The mac and cheese here was really good, so much more elevated. I also really really liked the breakfast sausages, they may look funny in this picture but it was juicy and delicious!!

Delicious! Definitely ate too much but I'd do it again. The waitress and servers were very nice and attentive. We ate outside as it was a sunnier day and the inside was more crowded than I was comfortable with. Everything we ate was tasty and delightful. The outside section is on the street and it was clean. Lucikly, not many bugs flying around and they have a cute wall on the exterior of the location which has a painted Long Island City mural and a few people stopped to take photos in front of it.

There really are no amount of words to express my full appreciation for this establishment. From the second I called to place a reservation on the day of, to the moment we left after our amazing brunch meal, their team was accommodating and professional. Now onto the best part, the food! The quality of all the dishes were exceptional and so delicious. I got the big breakfast plate and everything was cooked perfectly and satiated my palate in the most divine way. Cindy, our server was just all around amazing, offering some of the best service money can buy. Her suggestions were off the chain, and she made sure we were taken care of down to the last detail. I would say this is one of the best brunch spots I’ve ever been to in New York City. Please go here and spend a ton of money and show these people some love!

Standard brunch, but that’s really all you need sometimes and they do it really well! The brunch that hits the spot, filling, with great prompt service, chill vibes. The pancakes were huge and perfectly fluffy. I do wish they had freshly squeezed juice though, my grapefruit juice was definitely store bought 😝

This place was awesome, especially for the price - I guess this is the difference between Manhattan and LIC. We ordered a carafe of their mimosa for $18 which provided several flutes of early alcohol drinks. We then ordered the fried chicken waffles and avocado toast + burrata. The chicken was so good, my gf really enjoyed the waffles. Damage? Only $55 for two people before tip

Jackson’s is one of my most favorite brunch spots in LIC. I highly recommend their eggs Benedict and their delicious seasonal fried chicken and pumpkin waffles. I hope they bring back their apple cider cocktail- that was absolutely delicious.

This was our 3rd time at Jackson's & it was just as good as the first time. You can't go wrong when you see the owner walking around, helping and greeting you with a very warm smile. Great music fills the air & great smells of wonderful food fill your senses. A wonderful variety of Long Island City people come in & out & everyone is just enjoying one another's company & having fun drinking the most tasteful cocktails. Come & enjoy!!

Went for brunch with friends. Made a reservation and had no issues. Table was ready when there. Mimosa and watermelon drink were incredible. Got the Chicken and Waffles, waffle was good and chicken was fried well but wish had a little more seasoning.
