The food was amazing, and the decor nice and complimented the overall mood of the restaurant. The waiter was incredibly helpful and explained the dishes yo my friends and I. What was even more impressive was he remade an entire dish (chicken tikka masala) when they made it too spicy for one of my friends! I would definitely go back the next time I happen to be in Queens!
They have renovated the place to create some more space for seating. Food as always was good. The kebabs were not as great as they were a couple of years back but I'm giving this place five stars because of the hospitality.
You'll feel like you're being served food at home. Great service and wonderful dining experience!
When I eat really good Indian or Thai food that I can tell is made with really fresh ingredients I like to speak with the owner and let them know how much it's appreciated. The food here is outstanding. When I spoke with the owner he told me that they buy their spices every two weeks and toast and grind them as needed to make sure the flavors are as fresh as possible. The pandemic has been so hard on restaurants in NYC and I think we should support places like this that keep the quality of the food high. If you love real Indian food...visit here. Here are pics of my delicious meal ... the homemade vegetable samosa and the goat tikka masala which was so perfectly tender.
Fresh and tasty food authentic Indian food. Great and kind service. Nice decor and a TV for entertainment. Had the Chicken Masala burger and lamb gyro so far.

We visited in December 2021. It was the best food in NYC that we ate. Aside from the great dishes at affordable prices, the owner and his father were incredibly hospitable and took interest in us. Big plus for not using plastic plates and cutlery. Very highly recommend!
Best dining experience I've had in New York - the server was very kind, the prices were reasonable, the food was awesome - delicious and comforting North Indian that makes you feel at home. But the owners were the best part - they treated us like family the entire time we were in their restaurant. Amazing service and environment.
Best Indian food in the area. Full stop. Get the veggie samosas, butter chicken, and the mango drink. Then come back and give me a thumbs up. This family-owned spot is a jewel. Take out and delivery is always on time and hot. Seriously. Can’t go wrong.
Me and a friend were visiting Long Island City and wanted to find a good place to eat. We stumbled across LIC Grill. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with love and kindness. The owners were very hospitable and kind and provided immaculate customer service.
The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was delicious as well. It was like we were visiting friends and family.
The price was not insane and we had a good amount of food to eat. Hopefully we visit again.
Simply put; Amazing
As tourists staying near the restaurant, it is a perfect spot to grab food before headed to the metro. We were taken care of through the entirety of the meal and the portion sizes are extremely generous.
We ordered both goat and chicken plates (served with rice) and both dishes simply melted in our mouths alongside multiple orders of naan bread and 2 samosas arriving at $30. Very reasonable considering the sizes and we left very full.
Apart from the food, the host knew the city very well and provided us with many suggestions of nightlife and adventures within different areas of manhaten and brooklyn!
Conversational, helpful, nice and definitely worth a visit if you have the chance. You will neither leave with an empty stomach nor an empty hole in the wallet.

This place is great. I just stopped in for the first time & tried a few dishes and they were amazing. I've had Indian food all over the City & this has to be one of the best. I definitely would recommend giving it a try. They deliver in LIC & it's right off the F. You can't miss it because it has that famous Nas mural on the wall out front. Don't sleep on this place. It's really good.
The absolute best indian food I have had in so long. Well priced, delicious, great ambiance. Family owned by the sweetest people. I will definitely be back.
If you love Indian food LIC grill is the most authentic spot around. The owner makes everyone feel welcomed. Chicken Tikka Masala is what I would recommend, it was one of the best dishes i’ve ever had.
