Heard a ton of good things about Bellwether and had to try it out. Honestly, wasn’t blown away by any of the dishes I tried, despite their photogenic presentation. Still an enjoyable time in a great location. I’ll likely be back the next time they rotate their menu—appreciated the freshness of the f
