The owner is friendly and courteous. Their house fries are crazy good, eat them hot just perfectly crispy. After fries my always go to is cheese burger and fish with rice and salad.
Its been 8 years going here and they are consistent in their taste and quality.
Plus: a lot of interesting sauces to test, fries are ok, overall taste is ok
Cons: chicken pieces are dry, corn cobs are just not right (feels microwaved), price/quantity ratio not too great.

Thier crispy chicken tender sandwich is fire! 🔥 2 for $8 is a deal. Lots of outlets available for charging up. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, great spot to sit and relax.
Crispy and juicy fried chicken with great price. I like that there’re options for all dark meat, and it’s 10 pieces for $12.99 and 15 pieces for $15.99! I feel I don’t need to order Popeyes anymore.

Haven't been to this place since 2019. When I went back around March 2020 (before the shutdown) that place was closed. It sadden me greatly because I loved eating their chicken tenders and fries.
I went back on Monday May 8th of this year and was surprised on how much the place has changed interior
They were closed from March 2020 for a period. Reopened and had made major renovations to the place. Packaging also has a new look. Food is as affordable and good as always.
Fries were great - very crispy and tasty. Chicken itself was perhaps a bit bland but tasted fresh and was crispy. Good value and large portions. Mac and cheese was small and not the best but good they have a variety of sides to choose from.
Palace chicken and grill has some of the best fried chicken in Queens! I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years and I’ve never once been disappointed. The fried chicken here is phenomenal! I’ll usually buy the 15 pieces for $15.99 for a group - they make it fresh every time so you’ll need to wait 15 mins but it’s honestly so worth it! The staff is also really friendly!

Pretty impressed actually. The reviews were favorable but varied so I took a chance. They have a fabulous family meal plan and I eat like a whole family so I took advantage.
