The owner is friendly and courteous. Their house fries are crazy good, eat them hot just perfectly crispy. After fries my always go to is cheese burger and fish with rice and salad.
Its been 8 years going here and they are consistent in their taste and quality.

Thier crispy chicken tender sandwich is fire! 🔥 2 for $8 is a deal. Lots of outlets available for charging up. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, great spot to sit and relax.

Crispy and juicy fried chicken with great price. I like that there’re options for all dark meat, and it’s 10 pieces for $12.99 and 15 pieces for $15.99! I feel I don’t need to order Popeyes anymore.
For some reason the all dark meat option seems to be only available in store/ on official website but not other platforms like Ubereats. Also the promotion code is already expired although they still hang on the entrance.

Aussie travelling the states solo and accidentally stumbled on this place. Honestly some of the best food I've had. The customer service from the bloke behind the counter was genuinely fantastic. I got the specialty zinger sandwich and it was awesome. Also great value for money. I'll be back if I'm New York again!

Haven't been to this place since 2019. When I went back around March 2020 (before the shutdown) that place was closed. It sadden me greatly because I loved eating their chicken tenders and fries.
I went back on Monday May 8th of this year and was surprised on how much the place has changed interior and exterior. The cashier was very professional when taking my order and made me felt comfortable!
Would definitely recommend this place and SO coming back!

They were closed from March 2020 for a period. Reopened and had made major renovations to the place. Packaging also has a new look. Food is as affordable and good as always.

Fries were great - very crispy and tasty. Chicken itself was perhaps a bit bland but tasted fresh and was crispy. Good value and large portions. Mac and cheese was small and not the best but good they have a variety of sides to choose from.

Palace chicken and grill has some of the best fried chicken in Queens! I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years and I’ve never once been disappointed. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of their food. If you’re into chicken sandwiches you have to give the Zinger sandwich a try you won’t be disappointed!

The fried chicken here is phenomenal! I’ll usually buy the 15 pieces for $15.99 for a group - they make it fresh every time so you’ll need to wait 15 mins but it’s honestly so worth it! The staff is also really friendly!

Very tasty, halal chicken for reasonable prices. The service is very friendly and accommodating. I've been here every time I've visited New York City so far and it's always been a pleasure. Try the Mac n cheese as a side. The biscuits are great too, not nearly as dry as when bought from the big fried chicken chains.

It’s neighborhood chicken take out & eat in place. Best French fries ever when ordering during lunch time. Light golden brown and crispy and still hot from the fryer. If doing takeout, have to make opening in the take out box, so the hot moisture can air out from the fries. Prices are very reasonable for quick lunch and the fried chickens are good too.

Today, I wandered into this place at random. Was hungry, it was there. Place was clean, staff was polite and helpful. Had plenty of menu options. I chose the Zinger (chicken sandwich) combo. Was so delicious that it made my day. Chicken was prepared perfectly, juicy, thin cut and with a flaky breading. Sandwich seemed "lite" yet very filling. Generous portion of fries that were cooked just right. Price was lower than a comparable Chick-fil-a combo.
