I come here 1 to 2 times a week ( for the past year or so) I use to like the Subway in East Longmeadow. But since the new owner ( from india) has taken it over it has went downhill fast, so I quit going over there & now I only come here. I live in East Longmeadow & the East Longmeadow Subway I right near my house. But I drive here ( way out of my way) if that is worth anything to you because I think I get a much better & fresher grinder here . I think this is the best Subway in the general area right now, before I thought the one in East Longmeadow was the best but unfortunately that has changed. I see some bad reviews here but like I said. I have been to a lot of Subway's over the years, and I have never has a serious problem here, the place is clean, food is fresh, neiborhood Is good & the staff have always been friendly here to me. It is better here then at moste other Subway locations!

This subway is alright, it’s clean, and the staff is usually friendly. I have noticed that they have wilted vegetables at times though which is a turn off. Subway isn’t my favorite place to get a sandwich and I don’t expect impeccable quality from such a huge chain, but you would think they would make everything look presentable seeing you watch them make every order.. I also wish this location took tips. It’s doesn’t seem fair to the employees to deny them of that when other subway locations have tips.
