Horrible customer service, The drive thru has a horrible setup, I waited in line for 15 mins just to pass the actual intercom without realizing it. No one ever spoke out so I never noticed it until I got to the window. I asked if I could order my slushy at the window and they told me I’d have to go

Terrible drive up service. Placed my order through this beat up looking speaker then pull around to the window. Only 2 cars ahead of me. By the time I got my order at the window, 15 minutes went by. Taco Bell drive up is even quicker that this. The ONLY reason I am giving a 1 star is for the food.

Quite literally the worst service I have ever experienced, that is not a over exaggeration legitimately the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. We put in our order, 30 minutes after not receiving our food I press the button again to ask for an eta because it was obvious they forgot about us. Work
