The food was amazing!!!! I had the country fried steak & my boyfriend had the boysenberry french toast. It did not disappoint! The food was very affordable (and they give you nice size portions) and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend this place if you want great food at a great price!

Everything is good on this menu. Especially their boysenberry pancakes and Mexican food. They have so many options to choose from. And the best desserts!! Drinks are ice cold. Servers are awesome. Fun atmosphere. The wait for a table goes by quick. Highly recommend!!

Had the corn beef hash 1/2 order , tried to finish it but even it was to much. Just another great dish from a great place.

There are a lot of places that do breakfasts and unfortunately just don’t really do it with the love attention to detail that breakfast actually deserves except this place. When you walk in you can tell there’s a lot of attention it’s given to the decor to the attention to detail to the cleanse leanness the bathrooms are spotless I know it sounds weird to comment on the bathroom cleanliness of the restaurant but I think it speaks a lot to the intentionality of how the overall businesses run. Our waitress was so friendly warm and welcoming she made a lot of great recommendations for our dish the coffee was absolutely delicious in addition to our corn beef hash dish that we ended up splitting. Our waitress recommended the boysenberry cream cheese pancake and we ended up ordering just one and it was probably the best pancake I’ve ever had in my life. This Hass to be my new breakfast favorite spot. I will most certainly be back with my wife and kids

The boysenberry cheesecake is unbelievable, literally! But don't buy anymore because then there won't be any left for me😋. Atmosphere is older crowd but all very nice and humble people. The liquor bar is clean. Music was awesome. No profanity music blasting just classics and good music.

It sounds boring to say “I don’t know how they do it” but fact is I don’t. And do take note, this is a real restaurant not the “thaw and serve” you get so often close to Knotts or Disneyland. They bake fresh rolls and baked potato’s and make from scratch REAL food AND do it with more than reasonable prices. And THE mystery is how they can do that and handle the crowds they earned AND turn it around without long wait times. And I mean it.

Had the Fish & Chips, with Mashed!! Delicious!! Fish was a little more done (crispy) than I liked, but all in all... Super good. Waitress was very nice!! Always good food here.

Update from my Thanksgiving experience........... Give me a moment please... 1 sec... Old review: Blueberry cream cheese pancakes 🎤 drop right there. 3 Huge pancakes, a bowl of their cream cheese mixture, a bowl if blueberries in it's own sauce..... So DELICIOUS!! To put a cherry on top they made our pancakes and kept them warm for us. FYI they stop serving them at 2pm. We were running late but, they took care of us with a smile. SUZY and I say thank you for your wonderful hospitality and great food 🎉🎉

We have been here many times for breakfast, either by ourselves or with a large family group, and we are always satisfied. Nobody ever leaves hungry. The menu is varied and you will inevitably fall into one of 2 categories: You will fall in love with one specific item or have to try a little of everything. My wife always gets the Meximess(full order, they do have half portions) and ends up taking half home because its such a heaping portion of eggs, mushrooms, hash browns, etc. I have sampled several omelettes, which are all delicious, as well as my favorite chicken fried steak, generously smothered with their outstanding gravy. The breakfast burritos are packed and the size of a small football. The staff are always friendly, down to earth, and attentive. I recommend substituing a warm freshly baked muffin from the bakery for the bread in your order, and maybe grabbing some on the way out also. Gourmet PIe also boasts a solid bar and drinks, complete with several TVs which are always tuned to the lastest sporting event. You can expect weekends to be busy and you'll likely wait if you're not early, but the time passes quickly and will be worth the wait

This is a hidden little gem in the city of Cypress. The breakfast is really good and served until 2pm. There is a plate called the Mexi-Mess and it’s delicious! All basic breakfast items, scrambled with salsa and served with guacamole and sour cream. Their omelettes are great too! Stuffed with veggies and served with house potatoes. If you like French Toast, they also have a fantastic serving of fluffy, world famous French Toast. It was the best French Toast I’ve ever had! Only feed back I have for them is that when you seat people in the bar area, please at least acknowledge them. I get it, it’s busy but acknowledgement goes a really long way.

American style food with a splash of some other food from around the world. Food is very good and rival’s homemade. The pies are amazing. You can get a slice with your meal or a whole pie to go. It is a fresh pie not frozen. Made with real seasonal fruit. My go to is ordering a whole pie to go and getting one of there fresh hot cinnamon rolls for dessert 10 out of 10. This restaurant is a must. Closed on Tuesday

Came here for breakfast/brunch on a Sunday and the wait time was not very long. Really good comfort food in huge portions. I got the corned beef hash with hollandaise sauce while the hubby got country fried steak and eggs with a side of biscuits and gravy. My baby also got a huge Belgian eagle bigger than his head which he could not get enough of! The servers were also very nice and quick. They have happy hour specials that we will definitely be back for

I didn't want to eat breakfast at the hotel and was looking for a great meal. I looked up restaurants and found this place. The homemade corn beef hash was delicious! I highly recommend this place.

Good food and nice people. Really bad parking lot and the fact that it's hard to get in and often has a morning wait makes me not want to go often. But, have never been unsatisfied and always am happy I went when I do.

Been here only once. We were seated quickly even though the place was packed. We decided to try this place based on the many good reviews. The server was quick and nice. The food wasn't bad, it was tasty but it felt like diner or comfort food. The crowd seemed to be over 50s. Tons of parking in the back. Not sure I'm so excited to come back.

Giant sign as we were driving by said, "Gourmet Pies". We decided that it would be a good time to enjoy a slice and u-turned it back to the property. And we were so happy we did. Wide range of food offered in large helpings (plenty for 2 people to share - although we didn't 😅.) I enjoyed the chorizo and eggs platter immensely. It had just the right amount of heat. Our slice of chocolate cream pie was the perfect ending to a very satisfying meal. Shoutout to Jennifer for being one of the best servers I have ever had. There were approximately 10 tables of patrons, and she was friendly to each, checking in and making sure we were all settled and didn't need anything. She is definitely a rare gem in the service industry.

Always good food, great people. This place is always busy so be prepared to wait. The food is well worth it. The best waffles, I always add the boysenberry cream cheese topping, so delicious.

The food is always so delicious. I have been here for breakfast and dinner. The place is An actual restaurant. The food taste gives you a warm home feeling that I look forward too. The boysenberry jam is alright it is to sweet with honey loosing the boysenberry flavor. Knott's still holds the record for Boysenberry.

Great restaurant with a nice bar and ice-cold beer. Had dinner with some coworkers, and everything was very good. Nice variety of homestyle classic dishes and comfort food. Had the ribs, and they were great. Not fall off the bone and not tough, just right.
