Food was good and fresh. The chicken wasn't all dried out or burnt. The service was friendly and patient. A good franchise seemed nicely ran and well staffed.
I went in yesterday and I had the best experience ever! The food was extremely fresh and tasty. The customer service was also great and all the employees were friendly, especially the general manager Laura.

We ordered 2 double chicken tostadas. They got our order wrong. They gave us, basically a chicken salad, no tostada shells. We went back and told them and showed them the receipt. Without missing a beat, the manager put in another order for us. We told her that we just needed the tostada shells, but

Went for lunch. A 3rd of the dining room was filled. Ordered and received food in a few minutes. Good service, dining room was clean, employees were courteous and helpful. Gave it another star rating.
