We only went here for brunch, so it is hard to talk about the rest of the food. That being said, everything was delicious. They have fresh squeezed orange juice and the usual selection of hot and cold drinks.
I had their homemade granola, yogurt, and fresh blueberries. It was probably the best granola I have had in a long while. Quantities were well-balanced. This is a very nice version of this classic.
We had the ricotta cheese and blueberry pancakes. They were delicious, light and fluffy, and served with maple syrup. The eggs fungi were delicious, with lots of sauteed mushrooms on the bread and perfectly cooked eggs. Also great was the smoked salmon pizza served with stracciatelli cheese, red onion, and crispy capers on a cracker type bread.
If their dinner food is this good, wow. Service was excellent, and you can sit inside or outside.
It is located at 2128 Hillhurst Avenue.
We had a terrific dinner last night. LD has some of the best meatballs that I have had in LA and the rest of our meal did not disappoint either. Located in Los Feliz in a very walkable and busy area there is not a dedicated parking lot, but street parking is fairly easy to find. We were able to find a spot a block away for a 6:30PM dinner. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and I really like the design on the inside. Reminds me of a traditional East Coast Italian restaurant complete with dark booths and tiled floors. Our server Emily also did a great job and was very prompt.
For dinner we chose the Wood Grilled Artichoke, the Fish Piccata which was Branzino, a Pizza with Prosciutto, and 3 house-made Meatballs. The Artichokes were a great summer treat and really started the meal off with a great tone. Both of our entrees were terrific as well. The Branzino Piccata had an incredible sauce, as well as large caper berries that really added to the flavoring. The fish was cooked perfectly too so I really enjoyed this dish. We split the Meatballs and as mentioned they were a standout; some of the best that I have ever had in LA. The Pizza was very light and thin, which really enhanced the flavors. The marinara was perfectly sweet too and was delicious.
Overall a great Italian dinner in a casual and quaint setting. I would recommend to anyone for any occasion and plan to be back in the near future.

Less family-style and more trendy Italian place than some on Hillhurst. Pizza with arugula and prosciutto was just okay, good crust, mediocre sauce. Papardelle was delicious, as was dessert. Great wine list, but cocktails in coupe glasses always lose a half-star. Will come back for calamari appetizer and po' boy.
Calabrese Fried Chicken Sandwich / fried chicken breast, brioche bun, Calabrese mayo, provolone, pickled green tomato - 5 š!
Side of fried potatoes - 5 š!
Little Dom's is a popular foodie spot in Los Feliz, the area that I also live in. When I tell people what is available in Los Feliz village, most have heard of Little Dom's, and they are absolutely worth the hype.
I had their Calabrese fried chicken sandwich with a side of fried potatoes. The meal came out fresh and super hot. It was impossible to resist, so I dove in rather than wait for it to cool down. It was amazing and full of crispy chicken flavor with a tangy spice to go with it. It made the discomfort of the temperature of the meal worth it.
The chicken breast is huge and was double the size of the brioche bun, and the bun wasn't small! I loved the spicy Calabrese mayo. I'm not sure what they fry the chicken in, but it was light and crispy with a nice, consistent crunch. The potatoes were a lovely side to go with the sandwich.
Honestly, everything on their menu looks great. I want to go back soon for the meatball sub. They have nice outdoor seating and lots of room inside. I walked over, and I didn't see a parking lot, but the area isn't too hard to find street parking except during evening rush hour.
This place has a small family style feel with amazing food. We had a Margherita Pizza and the Pomodoro Spaghetti with some beers. There's indoor or outdoor seating depending what you feel like. Overall very satisfied and would definitely go back again to try some other stuff.
Love the neighborhood ambiance of this place! Their āMonday Night Dinnerā special is a treat and they make an amazing dirty Martini! They even serve a delicious brunch with a homemade breakfast sausage that is a family favorite. Just go, relax and enjoy!
Super fun place with tasty Italian food. Loved the dark room vibe with the classic red booths. Service was attentive and friendly from start to finish. Food was delicious; loved the spaghetti and meatballs. Started with a lovely cocktail. Will return.
I ordered the tuna salad. It was really really good. High quality ingredients. One of the best I have eaten. My friends ordered pizza and spaghetti meatballs and they were tasty too. I highly recommend.
Very cute, old school Italian place with great pizza. Our server was nice and accommodating. She made sure our food was ready quickly so we wouldnāt be late to our event that night.
This unfussy place serves a selection of pastas and pizza. The pappardelle was tasty because of flavor of burnt garlic .The meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs were tender, tight, and flavorful. The crust of the pepperoni pizza was thin and crispy but could handle the weight of the toppings well. The vintage vibe makes the eatery look cozy.
First time here! My friend and I walked in at lunch time. We didn't hungry that much so we just ordered 2 glass of mimosa and a tuna salad. The tuna salad wasn't the best but I loved their mimosa so much! of course we loved the vintage vibe. feel like i was in the new york or old cafe in paris! We're definitely coming back to have more dishes.
I have loved this place even before covid. The pizza is very good and thin crust. The ravioli was delicious. Small but really good. Iāve had the ricotta pancakes before too ans that was really tasty. You can outdoor dine here. Staff was very knowledgeable and gave recommendations. I canāt wait to eat here again.
Great interior design, and nice outdoor seating. I especially love the shop next door to the restaurant and bar, they carry some wonderful home-made items and a bunch of stuff imported straight from Italy. The Personal pizzas are delicious; and their take-home, house-made spaghetti noodles are magnifique. I was extremely excited about their Cacio E Pepe (as its one of my favorite italian dishes and it seems to be rather rare fare at Italian joints) but, unfortunately, it seems like they withheld the Pepe, and Iām not quite sure why. Luckily I was able to give it some extra pep... if you know what Iām saying. hehe
Had a 13 person event here and was taken care of by Jared and John. It was an incredible evening. The food was so good, came out quick, and left us completely stuffed and satisfied. The whole staff was patient and kind to make the event great. The drinks and wines were fantastic. Canāt recommend this place enough!
I have been here twice now for Monday Night Supper. The first time, the food and service was amazing!
But unfortunately the 2nd time, I did not really enjoy my meal nor my drinks...and neither did the people that I brought with me. It was a bit confusing to them because I had really spoke up the place, but the chicken with rice dinner that was being served seemed as if very little effort was put forth that evening; it was both dry and bland. The drinks had this harsh taste of medicine, which fit with their names like Penicillin... BUT really, who wants to drink anything close to what I'd only imagine that could taste like.
So on the food and drinks, I'd have to say it is a toss up... but one thing that did not seem to lag at all was the service. When we did not enjoy something, Little Dom's definitely made sure we felt like they would do whatever needed to correct the situation- and that made all the difference for me honestly.
Little Domās is without a doubt my favorite restaurant in LA. The decor is old school New York vibes with great vintage sourced pieces while also being super cozy. Food and drinks are also out of this world. Great service and almost guaranteed to see at least one of your favorite actors or rockstars there which is always fun.
Never a bad visit with Little Domās! I only wish Dominickās and their Sunday Supper still existed š¬
What can I say, the meatballs, the Italian Wedding soup, the riceballs, the arugula salad, are all phenomenal.
