One of the best burgers we had in Los Angeles (and west coast USA in general). Ultra smashed burger style, so crispy and tasty. Meat has a classic taste (not dry aged), but excellent quality. Also cheese, buns, and pickles were excellent.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in my life, no exaggeration. The restaurant itself is very cozy and curated well.

The burgers are top quality and very tasty. They are a bit overpriced for the size in my opinion, about $16 for a burger without fries. The service is good, and the shakes are really good too! Especially the strawberry one; they blend macerated strawberries with vanilla ice cream and it tastes amazing 🤩

I can honestly say this is the first cheeseburger in my life where the patty is the best part. Double oklahoma burger is a must, Grilled onions smashed into wagyu beef, crispy with american cheese. It is so rich and so good

Double Oklahoma smash burger - 5 🌟! Crispy fries- 5 🌟! Smash burger breakout star, Burger She Wrote, has recently opened a new location in Los Feliz. It has a wide open dining room that opens up into a large patio. The smash burgers at their new location are at the same tasty level as the OG spot. They get a great char going on the broad double patty I had. The fries are nice and crispy and they give a good portion. Overall it was a very satisfying burger and fries. I am local to this location and I can certainly see myself making return trips.

Great tuna melt special. The fries are well done which I love. My son loved his burger. Everything was great.

An absolute gem in this Los Angeles burger/smashburger world that we live in now! I was completely blown away with how delicious and how large these burgers are! I got the Oklahoma double, with the onions smashed into the patties, it was so amazing I can't rave enough about it. I would have been fine with a single because they really are that big but didn't feel overly full because they are wagyu beef from Snake River Farms! And the fries, the fries are a personal favorite of mine, skinny and fried to perfection and a choice of thousand island, ranch, and ketchup for dipping just to put the icing on the cake. 100% Burger She Wrote will now be on my regular burger rotation with Amboy, Burgers Never Say Die, and a fellow wagyu burger HiHo! It's getting very difficult to have to decide which is the top burger in LA now because the bar has now been raised again!

The mother of all burgers. Every time my boyfriend and I are craving a burger we ALWAYS go here. We’ve wanted to try other spots around town, but we never do because we couldn’t possibly miss out on THIS. Burger She Wrote knocks it out of the park every time. You must try the Western burger. I swear I get an out of body experience. If you love hole-in-the-wall hidden gems, the next time you’re in Los Feliz try this and you won’t be disappointed.

It’s so good. High-quality, and yea, can be pricey, but look at these things! The burgers are huge! Fried pickles too. 🤤 sometimes they have weekly specials too like a breakfast sandwich!

A good smash burger, but maybe not worth the price. The smash burger craze is real and burger she wrote does have a good burger and a cool spot. My real issue is the cost, it is an expensive burger without being anything too special. The thinness of the party is good, but it also is comically large compared to the buns, you will have a bunch of bites directly into the salty patty and melted cheese, which isn't a bad thing, but doesn't have great balance. The fries were unique though, they weren't my preference, being really thin and crispy, but my wife loved them and they did stick out from the crowd. The seating is also pretty limited, and took a little while to get the food.

LA burger tour 2/23 (stop 4of4)- Fantastic smash on these burgers and great burger to bun ratio... Thought at first I'd be happy for the change of just old school ketchup and mustard but missed a good balancing house sauce tho. Got the Oklahoma, one with onions grilled in, and onions just didn't hit right either. Pickels weren't my fav also. Still a decent burger also, but on the top of the bottom half of this tour and further down prob combined with last.
