Always been delicious no matter what location. I used 1 promotional punch card at this location and had no issues. Best made to order fast food Burger in California. Chili Cheese Fat Fries were also good.

I often go to this Fatburger and it’s usually a great spot! Recently, I tried their 10 piece boneless wings combo with fat fries. The chicken was nice and juicy. I got half in Hot flavor which was tasty, but the Lemon Pepper was too strong for me, and I wish it was dry, not wet. The fries were good, especially with the honey mustard. The staff were friendly and kept the place clean. Overall, good food and nice experience, so I’d give it four stars. The Lemon Pepper could be better though!

The Burger was actually really good, loved finishing the XXL burger meal and chill there after work. I was surprised that the place was a bit empty but it was a Monday during work hours so I guess that's the reason barely any people were inside.

Delicious lunch! Excellent, friendly, efficient customer service! Immaculate dining room area. As a Florida resident, visiting and dining at Fatburger is a tremendous and exciting event. Unfortunately, there is no Fatburger anywhere close to my Tampa Bay area home. One of the many pleasures and treats of traveling west to California is dining at Fatburger. My colleagues and I couldn't wait to head over to this Fatburger location. Needless to say, it met and exceeded our expectations! This is a small location, located in the heart of Universal City, just off Ventura Boulevard. There are many interesting and intriguing menu items. However, I went with my obligatory favorite; the original burger, everything on it with cheese, my favorite "skinny fries" and a root beer soda. Naturally, the shakes are a must, too! If you're a vegetarian, not to worry; Fatburger has vegetarian options, including an "Impossible Burger." If you're lucky enough to come across a Fatburger location, do yourself a big favor; STOP, and enjoy a delicious burger (you can thank me later!) In my opinion, Fatburger has the best burgers....period!!

It can be all great, and you can still see / feel the writing on the wall. It is unsustainable to think that a 25 dollar combo meal will work. Restaurants are in for a world of hurt. Wait for it.
This place is pricey $$$ let it be known. With that said, the burgers are delicious. You can customize it to however you want. They offer multiple patty burgers, along with additional options ( additional charge applies), such as fired egg, chili, bacon, and onion rings. They also offer, impossible burgers, turkey, chicken, bunless, and veggie options. Also, different options of sides, such as skinny fries, fat fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and pickle fries. A must try place for a good quality burger the way you want it!
The food is delicious! The wait on the food seemed very long. The lobby was small and crowded. I suggest to pre-order and pick your food up to go.

Fatburger is my ABSOLUTE favoritest hamburger joint in the known universe!!🤣😅😂 I had to travel across the country just to eat one!! There used to be a Fatburger in Buckhead (Atlanta), GA but it closed about 10+ years ago and I've been craving one ever since and for my BirfDay I flew to L.A. and couldn't wait to get to a Fatburger restaurant!!!👍🏿🤛🏿

Had my first Fatburger and it wasn't bad. Definitely the right amount of grease for after a night out on the town. Definitely wouldn't eat it all the time but once and a while, you just want a good greasy burger and this delivers.
Yum! Love Fatburger and wish there was one closer to where we live. Everything is made to order how you want it. Tastes great!
