Deus Ex Machina - Emporium Of Post Modern Activities - Los Angeles - Photo album

Nice, relaxed combo of DEUS retail clothing store and cafe with lots of seating (most of it outdoors).
I had driven by this place a million times and always wondered what it was. There was clothing in the window, but also sold coffee? Turns out this shop actually belongs to an international brand. This location sells their clothing, and has great coffee. Plus, there's an outdoor section that's super
Good coffee, great hangout spot. Good wifi for working and very modern grunge vibe. Some parking available in the back. Can be a bit loud with street noise.
Staff is great. Super laid back atmosphere with some cool gear and bikes on display. Two guys really helped me out with purchases and gave me tips for the area: Jason (I think the Emporium Director?) and Derek who was helping ring me up. I didn’t feel rushed and they couldn’t have been more friendly
I come here to work most of the time. The service is great as well as their coffee. Haven’t tried their sandwiches but they look Woow!!! The store is so cool and with great clothes and motorbikes...Come before 4pm because they close early!
Great coffee and service!! They keep me coming back. Also they have WiFi and a large outdoor seating area so it’s a great place to get work done!
This is on my top 5 favourite places to go to in Los Angeles. Not only they serve amazing coffee and food, but also the place is super welcoming to bring a book and read, do some work or just relax. Perfect for people that need to get work done and need to concentrate. I've stayed at this place for
Cool coffee shop and bike store! In love with the decor - take your time walking around the store. All their merch is incredibly cool and unique.
We love this place. We regularly order an almond milk cap and a macchiato, and it's always on point. The staff are also super kind folks, not to mention the gear they sell is top notch. Today we also ordered a chia pudding and a croissant breakkie on top of coffee - sooo good.
Love this place. The LA version of this well known biker spot. Coffee is really good with a nice array of flavors. The clothes are lovely but pricey too. You can find many things for your bike if you’re into motorcycles. So if you’re a two wheeler, indulge yourself!
Really delicious drinks and a lot of nice communal spots to work. Cool indoor/outdoor seating. One warning for laptop users: there is maybe 1 outlet in the whole place. Come with your devices charged.
Be a seanster alfresco nursing a hot foamy drink for hours in front of the coolest devices. Trendy.. Parking is squeezy Be out casted while getting updated with the latest.. Coffee is chic.. Elitist... Tea is selective.. Snacks are hip.. Top of the line .. pretentious... Wait staff is over worked, s
Great spot .. Great bike , and great coffe .. I even take time to by some stuff from the clothing store ... You will be able to enjoys a great coffe on the outdoor before rocking your day ...
I like how the cafe is hidden in the back like a secret hideaway. The coffee is good - had Tumeric Superfood. Like the chill vibe, and music. The clothes are pretty good that exudes quality but nothing impressive. As far as comparing to stores in Australia this Venice store is small and likely d
The fusion of an outdoor coffee hub and unique clothing makes this coffee house worth visiting. Not only that, but the customer service is so gracious and incredibly kind.
Great location, great products and wonderful customer service. It’s always a pleasure dropping in to see what new and interesting stuff is in the store
This is a great coffee shop. And it has the added bonus of having really cool motorcycle themed clothing and accessories in the same place. The staff are super friendly and it’s never too busy.
When I walked in and saw they used Vittoria, I knew I was going to enjoy my Flat White. Good little outdoor seating area, good vibes and friendly service!
