The Ramen was absolutely delicious! Broth was so complex and layered with flavor; much like the eclectic vibe of Los Angeles you experience while sitting up to their tasting bar. This place is a must, while in downtown L.A. Finish is it with the crisp and refreshing Ice Cold Green Tea.

Amazing vegan ramen. The broth is to die for as was the crispy rice with beet dish - don't know if that is on the regular menu but we had it at Coachella and it should be!

Wow, this was DELICIOUS! All vegan with most dishes able to be made gluten-free. I got the garlic ramen. The broth was out of this world and the mushrooms were very hearty. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Decent price, totally worth it.

Great vegan ramen in a lively atmosphere. The vegan hard boiled egg was a highlight, it was really good! This whole area it's in is full of restaurants.

Wanted some soupy noodles and decided to try this ramen stall. Only to realise that the ramen is totally vegan. Didn't quite expect vegan ramen to taste so good. Absolutely delicious bowl of vegan ramen!

Vegan eats review: Went to the pop up in NYC years ago in SoHo. So glad to be able to have another helping Spicy "Pork" Katsu Garlic Ramen Spicy Garlic Sunflower Seed Broth, OmniPork Luncheon, Bean Sprouts, Scallions, King Oyster Mushrooms, Baby Bok Choy, Nori, Chili Threads 16 w/Vegan Egg +2 (2023) It’s got a peanut sauce feel and taste that gives it that comfort food feel on a chilly day. There isn’t as many options at Grand Central Market but you won’t be left wanting if you snag eats here. Bar is usually not too busy and filled with couples which is fun to watch. Staff friendly and constantly busy. The only thing missing from my trip this time was something sweet to complete my meal. Can’t wait to return

The service was really quick and the price wasn’t too bad. It was a really hot day so I had to go with their cold ramen. I think I had the cold version of their OG ramen. This is Bc both ramen have oyster in it, what give this ramen a unique taste and texture. Along with the bagel there, this is a must try for anybody visiting the grand central market. It’s my first time trying cold ramen, isn’t that bad, but the usual hot ramen still taste better in my opinion

Quite possibly one of the best bowls of ramen I've had!!! Full transparency: I am vegetarian, so I can't compare to any meat ramen you've had. But the flavors in this bowl made me wish I had 5 stomachs to keep eating 🤣. Rather you're a vegan or not, Ramen Hood is definitely worth a try! (Come on, with a name this creative, you know they're mixing up the flavors too 😉)

I’ve been here many times. Keep coming back for the garlic ramen, which is delicious. It has the right amount of spice and roasted garlic. ❤️🧄

I got the Spicy Ramen & it was very flavorful & the "pork" & king mushroom had great texture. As a vegan, this ramen is a win in my book.

One of the best vegan ramens in the area. Ordered the 'pork' and OG ramens. Decent spiciness unlike other ramen places in LA. The broth was well balanced. Lots of people in the grand central market so may be hard to find a place to sit, outside the bar area. Overall good experience.
