Big Boy here, I was dining here with my goons flat top and bugs maroney enjoying a piping hot meal fit for a gangster. The employees were all thrilled to be in our company as they are led by a man named gangster grampa, who tells all non-mob affiliates they need to leave before they sleep with the fishes. Tracaaaay!!!!!!

Excellent service and great food. Loved the garden seating area. Wine is reasonably priced and food (chicken Marsala and chicken with basil, pan fried potatoes with rosemary were amazing. The truffle was about as good as sex!). Highly recommend if you want something off the beaten, touristy, Hollywood path.

My first time visiting LA we came across this nice little place on the corner South LA. Very welcoming place with rustic Italian look. Food was very fresh with an authentic Italian taste. Owner gave us a little history about the place, been there for 17 years. Was very pleased with the overall service. A+

Cafe Verona is such a charming place! It is also by far the best place for friends to have a nice and quiet lunch eating delicious contemporary Italian food - it was absolutely mouthwatering, and the atmosphere with low-key jazz music in the background very pleasant. We will be back soon!

There were many things I liked about the restaurant. We went there for lunch, so the setting was more casual than their dinner. I liked the fresh flower and plant surroundings and the patios. In entirety, it felt cozy, alive, and cute. Their food pricing seemed reasonable at first, but when I got my food I was a little disappointed. The quality could have been better in my opinion, for example, more veggies, herbs, or toppings to upgrade the flavor a little more. I would strongly suggest to use freshly ground black pepper as well because these little things do make huge differences. The restroom also felt like a storage with dirty rags hanging and napkins all over - clean and dirty, both. This place has characteristics, but I think it also has room to reach its potentials.

Food was great! Tastes like a 5star restaurant for an affordable price. Visited the restaurant for a birthday dinner and all 7 of my family members were very happy with their meals! All staff were very friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. The owner even stopped by our table to make sure we were happy. I think this is now my favorite Italian restaurant in the area! Definitely recommend 👌
