Pagliacci's is one of the most authentic and flavorful Italian restaurants in LA. When I consider restaurant quality, I think of consistency in taste and service, and Pagliacci's always meets these standards. Regardless of the plate you order, from pasta to tomato-based dishes to pizza, the quality and taste are always superb. The staff is always super-friendly and courteous. My son and I will go there even if we're not fully hungry just to taste a slice of Tiramisu, which is by far the best we've ever tried. If you are looking for an amazing culinary Italian experience, look no further. Pagliacci's Trattoria is the place to go, even if you have to commute from further away.

I just love this place when I'm having dinner by myself. I sit at the bar, chat with the bartender and have a great time while eating good food

A small trattoria with a big taste. The authentic Italian menu features a variety of favorites and some new Italian finds. I tried the Tortellacci di Zucca, which is a housemade pumpkin tortellacci with sage in a sage cream sauce. So decadent. We also had the Pappardelle di Manzo, housemade pappardelle, Angus short ribs rage and tomato sauce. Another savory dish. In addition to housemade pasta dishes Pagliacci's offers signature dishes which include fish, filet mignon, osso bucco, chicken and veal. The staples of pizza and antipasti are just as salvating. The menu is accompanied with a very well paired wine list. We enjoyed a merlot and a sauvignon blanc. The location is easy to find on the corner of Coldwater Canyon and Moorpark, but be prepared there is valet only parking in this tiny center. We found parking on the street and walked to the restaurant, which helped after the meal to walk a bit back to the car. The restaurant inside is small and intimate. Enjoy the housemade pasta and wine with a good conversation, or watch your sporting event on their TV. Kids are welcome, but this really isn't a place for kids and no room for them to move around. It is very close quarters, like a true trattoria!

I've been enjoying Pagliacci’s Trattoria since it's remodel in 2010. The pastas are homemade and delivered piping hot to your table. The lassagne is a favorite and you can't go wrong with the burger, pizzas or biscentina sandwich. I prefer bruschetta without cheese but my dinner companions loved it. The tiramisu is delicious. For those ordering food to go, when any hot dishes sit in a box to get delivered, your food will never be like the restaurant experience. During a pandemic its important to keep that in mind. I am so glad this restaurant has survived difficult times and maintains high food quality and service! Great place to eat and enjoy a delicious dinner and nice ambiance.

Food was good, if it wasn't for their "special " black ink pasta with scallops and shrimp. Pasta was greenish and tasted like spinach pasta, scallops were very small and tasted like freezer, and shrimp was smallish as well. Order ciapinno, or pasta with short ribs, or eggplant parmesan and enjoy. Stay away from "specials". Atmosphere is nonexistent to cheap, but service was nice.

Power outages in area, several dishes not available. I ordered penne pasta with eggplant..$19.00 I kid you not ..very little eggplant.. I counted 6 tiny pieces, a few pieces just the peel. Three of us ordered this same dish. VERY DISSAPPOINTED ! Charged $18 for plates for a birthday cookie we brought. Won't go back.

Very good authentic Italian food. Service is a little slow. But you don't mind because it's made fresh and it's very tasty.

I love love this restaurant. I have gone several times and it was not a one time fluke of a great restaurant. The food is authentic, tasty, and traditional. Even though it is expensive (50+ per person) it is not snobby. It is welcoming atmosphere with wonderful staff. I would say it is romantic but not so romantic that you couldn't have a business meal here.

I’ve been wanting to try this out and finally we did. Cute and clean place with great service. Everyone is attentive and the service was fast. The food was great 👍 everything we ordered was so good. I recommend the pollo Marsala and the fettuccini spinaci.

Almost 5 stars but not quite! The ravioli, lasagna and tiramisu tasted great. I'd definitely go back for those. There are 2 reasons why I don't think it was 5 stars: first, the entrees were lukewarm. That detracts from the taste of the dish. Second, the breads they served up front were really bad. I mean as bland as a bread can get. That was quite sad.

The food and service was excellent! We’ve come for two birthdays so far and our server remembered us from 3 months ago! Definitely plan to go back!

The restaurant is nice and cozy. The food is great. Servers and workers were super nice and super efficient. Parking was OK too. The only thing that I did not like was the chairs were not very comfortable.
