I love absolutely everything about this place. I’ve been coming here for the last 15 years and it has never disappointed me. They have a new owner now but the menu is the same and staff is the same as well. They are all extremely friendly. The ricotta cheesecake is to die for! If Juan is your server, you are in good hands!

Recently came to LA for a job and this quaint restaurant was the only place open. I had to eat quick so he recommended the bolognese and it was perfect, so much meat sauce and beautiful flavor. Thank you!

Stopped in last night for dinner. Nice location and very quaint. First time here and overall it was very good! We shared a Greek salad and Fagioli con Pasta. The salad had a light dressing that didn't overpower the salad. The Fagiola was very good! I had Linguine del Golfo (with seafood) and it was excellant! We'll be back for more!

Loved this place! Four of us (two adults and two kids) went out to eat here. They had great pasta, pizza and salads and desserts. Something for everyone and the service was great too. We really enjoyed the seafood pasta and the kids loved the lemon sorbet served in the lemon. Prices were very reasonable. This will definitely be a go to for our family in the future.

We visited Angelino on our recent visit. They had plenty of vegetarian options and each one of them was delicious. The risotto, I tried, was out of the world. The only thing that was a drag was the service. We also sat outside and the heat lamp wasn't turned on so it became colder. But still highly recommend to try it if you are in the ares

Amazing service... superceded only by the food. Nothing "mass produced" here ... ravioli was cleary handmade and I was able to substitute my sauce without issue. My husband and daughter also LOVED their dishes (shown in photos). What an amazing place... unassuming but very clear why they've been in business for more than 25+ years serving locals and tourists alike❤ We will definitely be back... again and again!

I ordered spaghetti del golfo(seafood flavour) and I tink is quite nice. The owner is very generous with their the seafood ingredients. The plate is like overflowing with mussels , clams, salmon, scallop etc. I give 5 star for atmosphere because it is like a family owned restaurant and this is not a fine dining restaurant.

A true gem. This is a family run restaurant that has survived for decades. There’s a reason for that! Great food at great prices, and you can tell they really care about what they do (both the employees and customers). There are a lot of superficial establishments in LA, this isn’t one of them.

I just discovered this little gem of an eatery! Unpretentious, inexpensive, and delicious. Fresh ingredients and simple recipes make for a great dining experience. Our server, Juan was friendly with a great sense of humor. Café Angelino is going to be my go to restaurant for great Italian cuisine. Satisfaction guaranteed!👏👏👏

If you want your pasta cooked properly, go here! If you want perfect pasta sauce that compliments the quality pasta, go here! I recommend linguine vongole and the peach sorbet for dessert. This is not a romantic ambiance, just quality food cooked with pride.

They were just so welcoming. The first time I went, someone rushed out before I could pay the meter to tell me I could park in the back for free. They then personally showed me where to park since I was unsure. The food and service were fantastic. I travel a lot for work and I try to make an effort to experience different places but Im going to make this one a destination. A word of warning, that pasta hasn’t been sitting in a window waiting to be served. It was poured straight into your dish from the saucepan and picked up by a server who knew exactly when it would be ready so it’s hotter than you may be accustomed to. Give it a minute. It’s worth the wait.

Absolutely perfect. My new favorite Italian restaurant. First, this place is happy casual with a side of LA chic. The service was helpful and attentive. No pushy wine sales. In fact our waiter was always on point without a delay. We paid about 25 per person including dessert, a bargain. The meat lasagna was a well balanced mix of noodle, meat and cheese. The meat sauce was robust with a little twang that made it even more interesting. But the ravioli was better! My dinner companion favored the lasagna, but he's not writing this review so there's that. And what does he know about good ravioli? 😀 I last enjoyed raviolis that were smooth and lacked texture but still had some interesting innards. These were not that. The noodle alone was textured with that slight stickiness we get by accident at home on maybe 1 in 10 raviolis. Every bite of this plate was perfect. And these had chicken with ricotta and sauce that was honestly and simply worthy of all my accolades. I do not remember ever eating a better ravioli. Ok so I'm often impressed with food that is good but Cafe Angelino has become a destination of its own, well worthy of another trip from Vegas to share with friends. Kudos and fantastic.

Great simple Italian home cooking. Meatballs, broccoli, beer, sunshine outdoors, Olive oil and bread, friendly staff, less than $30 (including tax and tip). What more could you want?

Authentic Italian pasta and friendly service in Los Angeles. This is a hidden gem definitely worth the try! We tried their creamy shrimp linguine, pumpkin ravioli and panna cotta served with raspberry sauce, so delicious & the best panna cotta we've ever had!

Delicious pasta specials. We loved the branzino with a medley of seafood fettuccine.
