We shared the super messob exclusive for two and another one for one and four sambussa's split between four people and we were stuffed. The two best items were the collard greens and the red lentils. The food was delicious. The menu for ordering for a group is rather confusing so just be careful.

Great eats at a place that's been around for a bit!! The restaurant has some good ambiance and is perfect for going on a date with some friends or someone special, especially since some of the food is MEANT to be shared.

A wonderful place to take the family for shared platters and lovely service. Really enjoyed the Ethiopian beer too. We tried both the veggie and meat options and both were scrumptious. The samosas as starters were a highlight.

Visiting from Oakland. Made a stop here before heading to the airport. I’m from the Bay of Eritrean descent. It’s one thing to have a one of a kind architecture with simple yet sophisticated cultural references in a restaurant establishment. It’s another thing (and I admit the most important thing) to have quality food in its raw authenticity despite the audience/customers you’re catering to. Consistency, matters. The human interaction and customer service comes above all, for me. We (three of us: mother, and two sisters) came in, we’re accommodated as though we were royalty. The place was active. Camera crew were preparing the space and props for a video shoot of …. something. Crew of all kinds getting the set ready down to the make up artist and one person tending to clean shoes (it was a well oiled machine of a process to my admiration). I saw a glimpse of what production is like behind the scenes, so kudos to everyone dedicated to the industry. Because of this experience, I am proud of my culture. This place stands out because of how they make you feel through hospitality against all odds. Food was great. Honey wine for the Gods. An establishment that accommodates all. Food of quality and consistency. Human interaction through exceptional customer service that makes you hopeful it’s not going obsolete. Until next time, Xoxo

I think my favorite spot in little Ethiopia? We were a group of four, and we ordered the vegetarian combo with a number six to add on, some beef tips. This was enough for the four of us for sure and everyone was satisfied with the meal. I thought some of the vegetable dishes were cold, but other than that everything was extremely tasty. The Decour is nice, but service It is incredibly slow. However I can say that the manager warned us of this when we sat down and asked us to be patient. So, I do appreciate that, but waiting 45 minutes for a meal is a lot. We ordered the samosas while we waited, but the samosas also took 35 minutes to come out. I recommend this place, just knowing that the service is slow.

We picked this place randomly off google reviews because we were in area and craving Ethiopian food. It didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend. There were four of us and we bought 2 meat combos and 1 vegan combo to share that and an appetizer was more than enough.

First experience in trying eithopian food and didn't disappoint at all. A very cozy restaurant, service is a little slow but overall was a nice experience. We ordered sambusa for appetizer and it was different compared to indian Samosa as it was made of lentils. The food is really not spicy at all. The vegan combo of collards, cabbage, chana dal and some red curry made of lentils was really nice with the injera. The baklava was however just ok. Would totally recommend for first time experience.

I love Ethiopian food, so this was a good try. There were many options in Little Ethiopia, but this was our pick and no regrets. It was nice and full, so the ambience was good. We got the 2-person platter with meat, but they also have a veg platter too.

Long time in the making to go try Ethipian food. We decided to come here with family and friends. The vibe when you walk in was amazing. You really feel transported out of the US and into wonderful vibe that's almost dreamll like. Our server was very nice and attentive. Everyone there look beautiful and food eating experience was second to none. There is something about eating your food with your hand and interacting with others. Felt primal and connecting with somwthing bigger than Ourselves. The food itself was ok, strong spices. I don't think you go there for the food only but for the entire experience.
