The food is delicious, the price seems reasonable in downtown. Waitresses are nice, and will refill your water without have to ask them to. The place is clean, you can eat in the bar seats or just normal seats. Just pick the one that you feel the most comfortable one.

This place was a nice place to eat sushi. I think it’s a little over rated like most of LA in general. The service was very good and the food was good. But nothing I tried was great. This is a very good place to get your sushi fix but it is not a place I would take a date to impress. It also seems to limited hours as do a number of places close by. Not sure if it’s still the Covid hangover or not. It is close to the arena so it’s got that going for it as well.

Delicious and fast with friendly service. This was my first time dining here but it won’t be my last. There is plenty of seating and they have a great assortment of items to chose from. The highlights of our order were the J’s Special, Yellowtail Hamachi with Jalapeño and the albacore special roll. We got more items but those were the standouts but honestly everything was very tasty and I would be comfortable recommending it this place to anyone. I will be back soon and often to try more items.

Very good understated sushi experience. Enjoyed everything we had. The appetizers with spicy/yellowtail tuna on Crispy rice were fantastic and could’ve been an entire meal on their own.

Who isn't always on the search for fresh, delicious sushi? I've only been here once but... Wow. Even the avocado was amazingly fresh. The menu is decently priced and the fish is really great. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Absolutely recommend. Picture is of the caterpillar roll.

Szechuan Tuna (Bluefin Tuna w/ Spicy Chili Oil Garlic Butter & Spicy Ponzu Sauce) Is phenomenal! I also had the seaweed salad on the side and it was yummy.

Food was spot on. The yellowtail sashimi and lemon roll were incredible. I nearly ordered another one of each! Would definitely recommend. The snapper was off the specials menu and it was good, but not as great. Wouldn't waste my time with the mediocre Salmon lovers roll. It was a disappointment and maybe it was too close.to closing, but that roll was poorly constructed and nearly impossible to get from my plate to my mouth in one piece. The service was less than stellar but I would go back in a heartbeat for those two rolls and to try some more sashimi! Definitely recommend!!

This is a great spot with excellent service and delicious food. The skewers were a perfect appetizer and the broth for the udon was a great balance in flavor. Absolutely try a roll, you can’t go wrong with the choice.

This place is great! Fast, delicious, and fresh. I got the downtown roll. It's wrapped in cucumber and doesn't have any rice, but has lots of fish. Filling but not at all heavy. I'd definitely recommend this place!
