OMG! So much better than I anticipated! Such yummy food. Thanks Crack Shack for the flavor!
Great chicken and those little naughty biscuits were a delight
Stopped by The Crack Shack because some friends had good things to say. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries, deviled eggs and a beer and couldn't have been happier. The chicken was fresh and juicy and there was just the right amount of heat...just enough to make you sweat. The deviled eggs were fantastic and the fries were solid. Nice to see local brews on tap as well!
I ordered the firebird sandwich and it was delicious! The chicken itself was nicely crisp on the outside and tender in the inside with great spices. The restaurant also provides a ton of dipping sauces for your food. I tried all of them and my favorite one turned out to be the sweet heat. If you’re ever shopping in Century City Mall.. I would recommend trying The Crack Shack.
Some of the best chicken I've had since I been in LA! Order the 5 piece chicken and mini biscuits. I could not eat it all! My wife ordered the Bae sandwich followed by the Cookie Monster Shake. Let me tell you everything was delicious. That shake was phenomenal! Great atmosphere and bar. Definitely give this spot a shot!
Update 12.15.19: The service is always great here. I have to give a s/o to Phil at the bar, excellent customer service. Thank you!
If you like fried chicken this is great spot to come to. Located at the Westfield Century City mall they have Fried Chicken, fried chicken sandwiches, bowls, champagne and sides. There is a full bar area and a Moët vending machine inside. Service was great and I'll be back.
I might need rehab after my visit 🤩 Normally I'm more into the seasoning of Fried chicken 🍗 but the quality of the meat is Incredible 🐓. It is the juiciest, most savory chicken I've ever tasted in LA. I had the Miso Healthy Bowl 🥗 [these names 🤣] with my chicken; It was a refreshing follow up. The decor is beautiful and the layout is open & inviting 👍🏾.
This place e just opened. I decided to try it and didn't know I was stepping Into heaven. This place is truly divine. I've never been more impressed with a chicken restaurant chain and chicken is my favorite food. This place puts chick fil a in the dirt. Still love chic fil a though.
I decided to get the Firebird. A spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and slaw. It wasn't very hot but it was delicious. The chicken was chick and juicy. The breading was so good I thought it could only be made at home. I really enjoyed this sandwich.
The setting was really nice and open. They had a sauce fountain with 6 sauces to try. Although there are no seats cushions this place is still a great place to sit and eat. It is a restaurant not just a bar .Or hybrid. And it was a great setting for a date or friends.
The owners did a great job, but here's the problem. It's not big enough to sway my 5 star review, but.... The French fries. They came soft. Crispy for a lot of people but for my taste not nearly enough. Fresh but hot crispy. This place was still heaven tho. Loved the food and the environment.
I LIKE THIS PLACE!
For sure, Westfield Century City is super nice and fancy, but this Fried Chicken Place is really a Golden found!
The big chicken/rooster prop is the first thing you see in the restaurant and that’s very fun already.
They have a relatively big menu for a fried chicken place.
I ordered the 5-piece fried chicken—-very juicy:) Def a must!
Also, the stylish bar is cool, with all the chicken head sport-men photos.
Highly recommended!
Best. Fried. Chicken. Sandwich. Ever. I can’t stop thinking of this place and all its grand deliciousness!!!! (I’m literally day dreaming of Crack Shack)! The chicken is cooked to absolute perfection! Easily the BEST chicken sandwich ever (The Firebird)!
Portions are large and they are not stingy with any of the ingredients. Nothing makes me more upset than having 2 pickles on a big sandwich. This place did not disappoint and there was a large handful. I love all of their handmade dipping sauces too. Mmmm
This restaurant has indoor or outdoor seating. Also you can sit at their bar too. Moet vending machine!
Firebird - spicy fried thigh, cool ranch, crispy onions, pickles, potato roll
Schmaltz Fries - large, which is 1lb of fries! Can easily be shared by 2 hungry ppl.
Frosé - frozen rosé beverage made with grain alcohol, strawberries, rosé and lemon juice. DELICIOUS (especially on a warm day)
Blood Mary - spicy and perfectly seasoned
One of my top five best fried chicken sandwich in LA. I always get the spicy fried chicken sandwich with fries comes out to about $18 roughly ( no drink )
I think it’s the chicken meat (thigh) or fried onions but man is it good!!! They even have special sauces I drench my fries in or flavor my sandwich with too. I personally like the sriracha thousand island or the hot sauce one.
The atmosphere is very nice with an open dining room & bar island in the middle
Definitely recommend the bowl with quinoa and avocado etc. + adding fried chicken on it, delicious and filling! My boyfriend's burger was really good as well. The coleslaw was a bit underwhelming because too "creamy" for me - but maybe it's just subjective. However, the beers were objectively expensive!
Who knew a chicken sandwich could be so good! The atmosphere was vibrant and the food was incredible… Very creative and unique dishes.
Fried chicken is Delicious. They even have a Moet & Chandon vending machine, ambiance and service is very attentive.
Great hot chicken sandwich, more complex than most, with lots of great dipping sauces and a good bar!
We where in the area and decided to window shop at the Westfield shopping center in century city. We notice the crack shack found the name amusing we gave it try. The service was nice aside from the tables outside patio not cleaned. The food was amazing fresh and seasoned well. I say give it a try
Fresh hot food , great service can't wait til restaurants can open indoors.
The shake made with whiskey is to die for. The chicken sandwich is tasty and a good size. Its the champagne vending machine for me.
Just tried out the Crack Shack today and it definitely tastes as good as it looks! I had the Firebird sandwich and my boyfriend had the Cali Dip. We both thought the Firebird was better than the Cali Dip. Cali dip was good but had a lot going on with it! Next time i would want to try their regular fried chicken pieces and the biscuits. Also, the lemon blueberry soda was sooo good. Will be back again!
Pretty good chicken
Get the Scramble mule
Deviled eggs with French Toast crumbs
Chicken Fat Fries
Try some of the sauces
