A wonderful dining experience. The service was impeccable, and the food was all lovely. We especially liked the blueberry pancakes - very fluffy, and it was a moment of joy when the cooked blueberries released their juice to the pancakes under your fork - and of course when your mouth took in them all.
I never order salmon anywhere (I’m always disappointed as I make pretty damn good one myself). This place served me the best salmon I have ever eaten outside of my kitchen! Great service, super nice waiter and overall chill vibe and a great place to eat!
I totally had fun at this diner, the food is amazing, as well as the brooms were not smelly. It was a little chilly inside, so yeah, it was not perfect. The service is awesome also. I will definitely think about going back once again if I ever land the chance. Me and my buddy bought the salad and we were not dissatisfied. My one tip is to maintain the cold exterior. Thanks!
Good enough, but not outstanding as expected in such a lovely hotel.
My elderly parents are like children -- and of course they ordered the Burger and fries. Which was nice, but could have been a bit more imaginative.
The harissa salmon bowl was a lovely combination of flavours and textures, very fresh and healthy enough, though anyone who's actually hungry might not be satisfied. Some of the ingridients, though, were rather on the sparing side.
Service was spot on and corteous.
At our visit, hotel guests benefited from a 15% discount at either lunch or dinner.
My boyfriend and I had our date in this restaurant five days ago. The first thing that popped in my head when I entered the place is that it is the perfect restaurant to spend a date in. The the lighting was perfect; not too bright and not too dark either. The interiors and decorations in this restaurant are something to be mentioned as well since everything looked like it was really thought of. The food was great, as well as their wine selection. This restaurant is perfect for couples who would want to have an intimate dining experience.
I had the breakfast buffet- it was a step above most hotel breakfast buffets I’ve had. There’s someone making omelettes and your coffee/tea is included. Service and atmosphere were great. However, it was pricey and you have to valet- which costs $13 with validation.
Fantastic place for Easter brunch, Mother’s Day brunch etc.

Mari is a fine dining restaurant just behind the main lobby of the LA top ten Intercontinental Hotel in Century City. It is right behind the Copper lounge in the lobby with beautiful adjacent outdoor courtyard seating. The dining room is very large with very comfortable, cushiony chairs and nice lighting.
Mari is named after the owner and used to be called the Park Grill. They recently renovated with new floor, furniture and decor and I thought it looked great.
They have a nice selection and I decided on the following:
Starters:
Maryland style crabcake
Seabass Crudo
Entree:
New Zealand Salmon on cauliflower potato puree and french beans
Glass of New Zealand, Whitehaven, Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough white wine
Being from Maryland, I was really impressed with the crabcake-meaty and tasty with not too much breading.
The Crudo is raw fish like sashimi with a nice accent of vinaigrette, blood oranges and cilantro.
The NZ salmon was perfectly cooked and tasted just right with the puree complement.
The Waiter, Julio(superb professional and well dressed) suggested the wine and it was an excellent choice..one of the best I've had.
The service is top notch and the F & B Manager I met, Scott Allen, really knows his drinks and provided additional world class service answering all my questions wonderfully. Scott is one of the best restaurant managers I've met in years.
Service and atmosphere, overall, is impeccable and this restaurant attracts a major VIP, celeb following.
The year is still young but so far this is the best restaurant I have been to this year and in my ten best for 2018 and 2017.
Their breakfast buffet and Copper Lounge are very popular and I plan to try those out on my next visit.
I most certainly recommend guests staying at the Intercontinental and any of the major hotels nearby go to Mari for fine dining, very enjoyable, classy atmosphere and elegant, premier service

Excellent food! Would never notice this place just walking by, but so glad we went. Food was excellent, servers were friendly and food was delivered quickly and hot. Highly recommend! Great company.
We came here for the Christmas dinner buffet, and it was absolutely wonderful. Sometimes the quality of food is not good with buffets, but this was amazing. I will definitely be back!
