So, you wanna impress your date, huh? Or maybe you wanna pretend the pandemic is on pause for a moment and you’re transported not only to Paris but back to the Belle Epoch? You’ve made the right choice coming here. This place is GORGEOUS. We were there in the evening and it was a beautiful experience. There’s an upstairs with a small landing and a couple of tables that leads out to a balcony. You get a great view of the stained glass and get to take in all the architectural glory. The drinks were great. They weren’t the best I’d ever had, but they were solid. The fries were simple, skinny, crisp - delicious with garlic and parsley. The waiters were fantastic. Definitely worth a stop; I can’t wait to come back and sulk over a novel I’ve never written in the corner while gorging myself on crème brûlée.

Take a trip back in time at this 1910’s era inspired bar and restaurant. Everything detail from floor to ceiling makes you wish you had the opportunity to experience that period, and now you can. Every cocktail is carefully crafted and the food is great for sharing.

Incredibly cool place for drinks and dinner. Good cocktails and selection of beverages. Easy, small menu. Food was ok, but if I were you, just go for drinks!

It was real chill and fun. They took our order while we waited to get inside which was cool. The wait to get inside wasn’t bad at all. The made a table clear for us. Took our shots, listened to some music than bounced.

Amazing under new ownership. Before the drinks were overdone and not worth it. 24k was super refreshing. The caramelized old fashioned was great. Would be amazing with an orange Milano cookie on the side. The bartender mentioned the comparable taste so would be a fun addition. The gin coconut honey one was probably my favorite. Mussels were awesome

Best cocktail experience I had in LA. Awesome classics and insanely creative ad lib drinks. First time I ever had red cabbage in a drink, and I'm definitely stealing that idea for my bar. Also, the missus enjoyed her improvised mocktails, describing them as the best she ever had! World's 50 Best Bars, take notice!

Extremely cool ambiance. I was shocked to learn nothing inside is original! It was all designed and built to fit the aesthetic you see. Bartenders were great and entertaining with their drink preparation. The mezcal was incredible.

Stopped by right as they opened for the evening. The drinks and food were both delicious! We had the taster (it was three small plates of their larger dishes), and everything was delicious. The waitstaff were attentive and professional. Beautiful décor, creative drinks, and fantastic location close to The Last Bookstore. Stop by after browsing books for a drink and a snack!
