Not only is the shave ice AMAZING, the employees are awesome. My daughter ordered a flavor she thought she might like. She did not. They made sure she was happy. Quality customer service is what keeps us going back to any business.
Love this place. I go every time I'm in LA. Must add snow top to your shaved ice. Haven't had a flavor I didn't like. Sugar Free flavors, too.

They have the best shaved ice with many unique flavors like haupia and tiger's blood with different icecream in the middle including the delicious macadamia nut ice cream in the middle and topped with snow cap, condensed milk.

brian’s shaved ice is one of two of our favorite shave ice joints in los angeles ( get shaved is the other one). the original location is in west la. our go-tos: flavors : tiger’s blood, POG, coconut, pineapple, lychee, mango filling : i always get azuki beans (sweet red beans) because i love red beans. kyle always goes for ice cream (macadamia nut or taro if available) topping : snow cap (condensed milk). always get this…it make your shave ice creamy and delicious! a tip: go with tropical flavors, always. it’s hawaii in a little colorful flower shaped cup! btw, we found this place because there was a groupon for it. thanks for the introduction, groupon! tip #2: we got the dole whip before… and probably will not get it again. don’t get me wrong. i love the dole whip at disneyland in pineapple juice…buuuut the whip didn’t really jive with my flavors
Super soft and super fluffy (if such a thing is possible) shaved ice is flavoured with syrups and hidden inside is our choice of dole whip which is essentially a soft serve that’s pineapple flavoured. Oh it was all sorts of amazing!
This place is really good. I had a cotton candy regular size with dole whip in the middle. And it was actually a really good combination surprisingly. Shaved ice is my favorite and I get shaved ice occasionally but lately I’ve been getting it more frequently. The ice is smooth and soft. The condensed milk(snow cap) was a bit sinked in so I had no real point of getting it so that’s why it was I bit disappointed. But no worries it wasn’t too bad. But overall this place deserves more popularity.

What a treat! Ordered a regular shaved ice, the flavors (Tiger Blood, POG, and Strawberry) were refreshing to say the least. The ice itself was super soft, and melted in my mouth. The store team kept a really well maintained in-store experience. Perfect for a warm day. 10/10 I will be back!

One of the most satisfying shaved ice places around. One of the hallmarks is that you can get pineapple Dole whip as your filling, which pairs exceptionally well with most flavors. The staff is especially wonderful, and the turnaround it lightning quick. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a great easy dessert to any meal you get in the area.
So good! Addicted.the staff are cute - always scurrying to keep up with orders and get people exactly what they asked. Food service isn’t easy! I always try to crack a smile at them because they always look so worried and serious lol.
The flavors are top notch and strong.
I seen dabrat Instagram and she was raving about how good this place was so I had to try it when I go to La I tried it and I'm a big fan everytime me and my family are in la i always work this place into or plans and I get one before we head back home love love love this place you should bring on here to Sacramento
This place has the best shave ice outside of Hawaii. It really brought me back to my honeymoon. It's all about the shave, right? This place has ice that's like a cloud. They have a ton of flavors, and can make them sour if that's your thing... they also have a non-dairy pineapple ice-cream that is so smooth. Definitely give this place a try. Definitely.
