Was in LA for just a few days on business last week and found this place pretty randomly with a Google search. Ubered out there and was very pleasantly surprised at how amazing it tasted! Quite possibly the best Indian food I've ever tasted!
Delicious food and good service. Loved the chicken vindaloo and the rice was perfectly cooked. It was a lovely meal.

The Best Indian Food in Hollywood For Sure- I love the Chicken Tiki Masala (all white meat) with their Spinach and Rice. They have a great lunch special. Parking is good. Don't forget to order Naan Bread and the Samosa is near perfect.

I always wanted to try Indian food and today I had a chance to try it. Their lunch special offers a great variety of curries. My food taste amazing and fresh. Service was great the chef and server were very kind. I highly recommend this place.
What a pleasure to see a business owner so passionate about his restaurant. I have been living in Los Angeles for over 9 years and I have never seen someone so dedicated to his business. Wanting to learn and willing to accept any feedback. Also the food is phenomenal.

It was 8pm on a Wednesday night in Mid City when the hunger pains began. My partner suggested Crown of India Tandoori Restaurant, as we have ate there once before & it was an unforgettable experience. I immediately thought they were closed as it is a family owned restaurant. However, they're open until 10:30pm! I was elated & jumped in the car to get down to the restaurant as soon as possible.
We walked in & were immediately seated by Maruf. We already had a game plan of what we wanted. Veggie samosa, tandoori chicken wings (two orders this time!), & garlic naan bread. The first time we ate here we tried the chicken tikka masala & it was delicious! We had to try something else & this time we ordered the Vindaloo chicken because we love spice! We were served onion bhaji somewhat like an onion ring with our veggie samosa. The wings are unbelievably flavorful, some of the best chicken wings that have ever blessed my taste buds. Everything is actually full of flavor. This place is a must try! We topped off the evening with the mango kulfi, what I describe as a perfect little mango ice cream to end the glorious night. Amazing family & service, thank you Maruf!

Extremely delicious and large portions. Place is very clean and authentic Indian. Took my parents here and they enjoyed everything about this restaurant.
Food is very delicious! The service is great as well, we ordered the chicken ticka, coconut shrimp, coconut chicken, chicken wings, cheese nan bread, garlic nan bread, fried rice, and white rice. Also all the food is halal ! A place that everyone needs to experience.
Fabulous flavors and fresh food. Consistently good and made with love and attention. Gulab jamun is made fresh in house—never had it like that before! I love that it’s family-owned and tastes like home cooking. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options too. Coconut stuffed naan yum!
