HEADS UP AND OUT OF THE SAND, MALL MANAGEMENT……your mall is taking its last breath. If truly one of a kind, new stores are leaving for better locations than your depressing shopping experience, I think you’d better RETHINK. I was in a store called FREE AGENT last week & it was a breath of FRESH INNOVATIVE AIR, in a PANDEMIC, no less. If they leave & a few others I frequent- now that I can’t even get lunch or fresh coffee at your location, I think you should close your doors bc NO ONE will have a reason to go there or stay to look around. Seriously? No food court area? No COFFEE? What? Is there anyone managing that place? The one star is my wish for the few stores I like to stay but I don’t see why they would want to. I felt like I had the mall all to myself……a GHOST TOWN. WAKE UP!! Oh, I forgot, there’s nowhere to get fresh coffee. Too bad.
By the way, aren’t you slightly worried when most of your 5 star reviews are about the cheap parking? Well, I guess that’s one thing you can be proud of.

Beautiful place to shop at. Huge mall with a variety of stores for all kinds of people. Very well lit and bright. Not too crowded. Lots of levels to park from, and affordable parking too. Easy in easy out. Didn’t have the time to explore all of it. But definitely going there again !

Great Mall, but needs more food locations - ended up crossing the road to go to Starbucks. It does feel a little “ghost town” and I think that’s because there are a lot of empty lots at the moment, which I assume is due to the Pandemic. However the lots that are there are great!

This mall has been around a long time, and still has a very distinguished and elegant appeal. The layout is very unique with floors 6 through 8 having the shops and 3 through 5 the parking, and about 4 restaurants on ground level including Eggslut and the Tocaya, as well as Yardbird. We eat at Tocaya often. Excellent tacos!
The mall is pretty high end with stores like Versace, Belenciago, and Gucci, however they have over 100 stores so you can pretty much get anything you need.
The parking area is very large and not very expensive either. I recommend coming here for the charm. There are lots of restaurants just a block away as well.

I used to haunt this place in the 90's, especially Macy's mens store. Glad to see it survived the pandemic. It's a special place, like Dallas' North Park Mall, that will always have the foot traffic and demographics to support the most exclusive store brands. Always had great people watching and the face-lift looks great. The building is timeless and will always be the perfect canvass for the next great designer to dress up.

Since the remodel a few years back; the Beverly Center has been so much more enjoyable. Parking is easy and covered. And an amazing variety of shops and great food on the too floor.

Had an absolute blast. So much to do from the aquarium to all the fun shops! Yes, it's a total tourist attraction and prices are pretty steep but it's still a good time. I checked in on Yelp and got a free fun pack coupon book from the welcome center (The welcome center is located upstairs near the front). The coupon book has deals for every place on Beverly Center from free gifts to discounts on food and shopping.

Awesome place to shop peacefully, very clean spacious to walk around. I bought my sneakers and sweater from D&G , the Ferrari store is a must and the only one around.I went on a Monday so it wasn't crowded. I love the Wetzel place to eat pepperoni pretzels and lemonade.
