We stopped on our drive from Southern California to Sacramento and this place changed my life. :) The sandwich my wife and I split was perfectly proportioned between meat, cheese, various other toppings, and bread. I instantly knew that this was the best sandwich I had ever had... And now I hope they start a drone delivery service so I don't have to drive 6 hours.
You need to try this place .best customer service experience ever. And the food is delicious.
Corsica's Deli offers fresh food the best sandwiches, pastas and most of all cannolli's. A bit of a drive for us but well worth it. Thank you Burrous Bites.

My first visit today. I've wanted to try your deli for the longest time but I'm seldom over that way. This won't be my last visit! My Jim Special was soooo good and there's enough for a second meal. The potato salad was divine, just like my momma used to make. Keep up the good work, I will be back. Oh, and I must say, you have the nicest people working there.

Everything was fantastic! The service, atmosphere & staff were all top-notch. My sandwich was incredibly fresh & delicious. Left with a dinner & dessert.

One word... YUM! We got the Mary's Special, Roast beef with added avocado, and the meatball with mozzarella cheese. Also, got the potato salad. I highly recommend it! They'll let you try it out first. So very good! Our first time there and definitely not the last! Thank you Mary and crew for the fabulous dinner!
