Zero Covid protocols in place. No staff wearing masks, only about 10% customers wearing masks, tiny and very crowded store. Staff wasn’t helpful and aisles are narrow because the store is so small.
Limited product selection because again, the store is much smaller than a usual Whole Foods.

A man with a dog/puppy (not a service dog, not a therapy dog) was seen walking around Whole Foods on Los Gatos Blvd between 8:40 am and 9:15 am on 4/16/22. This is a major food safety violation. I informed an employee at checkout, and the employee said she had reported it but was labeled by custome
This was the third whole foods we had been to today my mom and I were out checking out the different sites to see what the difference might be in the pastries mostly ha ha this ended up being the best one on this side of the hill were from Santa Cruz and of course were partial to our stores but I mu
Very small store, limited options (especially things like fish) but overall clean with really awesome people.
Well kept store, responsible employees and eager to assist. Recently found the Customer Service agent rude when I went in for Amazon return. He was snappy and that has made me add this review.
This is a much smaller Whole Foods than any I have been in before. The isles are barely wide enough for two carts to pass. Otherwise, prepared foods (poké) bowls, sushi, and pizza are the usually high quality. Service was quick and friendly.
They have good produce and special items but they are overpriced compared to Safeway. Also they have frozen food from China that is labeled organic. There is no way they would know if the product was grown organically in China.
So easy to get in and out. Not as big as other WF stores, but all the basics and favorites are at hand.
