Jasmine was very helpful and attentive to what I needed. I am lactose intolerant so eating ice cream is not really on the menu, but Cold Stone has other options that Jasmine was more than willing to show me. Thank you Jasmine and all of the other workers at this Cold Stone!

Ice cream is always great but the preparation and service is so so. I ordered a milkshake and for almost $7 for the small, I expect the cup to be filled to the top. I went in and both girls working stood staring at me for 2 minutes thinking they were being discreet about who was going to take my order because neither wanted to. It went down hill from there neither had good customer service the whole 5 minutes I was in the store.
