Quality has gone down. The onion rings, while fresh and hot, had no flavor. The burger tasted like it had been reheated. We couldn't sit at a table at 6:40 on a Wednesday night because they were closing that section, so only 3 booths were avaliable.

I believe that I witnessed the passing of my credit information, between two employees. I tried to call the manager, but got a fax line twice. I understand the reasoning behind credit debt no cash but I will not revisit Carl's Jr again until their scanners are in plain site. No more disappearing deb

Sad🤷‍♀️ Showed up around 6:30pm and no one else was there before or after us. We ordered food for 4 people seemed to go well . We got home, our food was cold and we were missing a main meal item. Sadly not worth the $40+ paid. Probubly not going back for a while.

It was alright the fruit loops doughnuts were all hard and stale I mean all of them in the whole store my son was sad for a sec the food isn't really the same but it's alright better than mc Donald's

I always hate doing these for fast food because they aren't anything special but they're not anything terrible. People know what they're getting when they eat fast food. This one's not the best, but it's not the worst fast food. The one good thing is the service was actually fairly quick considering

Big Carl meal: $9.74. Double patties burger, small fries, small drink. This isn't the Ritz Carlton hombre's.

Out of large drink cups, chsrge you for the large drink but only give you a medium with no compensation. Order a double chesse burger and they say all they have is the Western Burger. Really, they can't add bacon to a double cheese burger.... First place I have ever been to with level of ignorance.

I don't eat here often, but this and the San Mateo locations are the best! I never get cold or stale food, always a friendly atmosphere, and they don't slash tires. (That last one is a joke for the manager lady. Hope you read this and smile) Thank you for always being good to me.
