Usually all Starbucks operate as fine oiled machines, with very little chatter and each barista focused on their individual jobs.
But when I went in today to pick up my regular mobile order, there was no mocha in my mocha latte and the regular brew was served almost cold. It was difficult to get the attention of any of the six+ baristas taking amongst themselves while at least a dozen customers waited for their orders.
I've never seen this store so out-of-control.
Great and friendly staff even when super busy with the morning rush. Always a pleasant experience when coming in to pick up my online orders
