Been coming here for the past 22 years. Zero issues until now. Just a quick thought. If you order an hour in advance online and you still have to wait behind 7 customers just to get that sandwich made, then what's the point in ordering online. I order online simply because most of the time I don't have the time to wait. This makes the 2nd subway locally to not have their act together.

LOVE THIS SUBWAY!!! My family won't go any where else. The staff is always very helpful with what's on special at the time. The bread at this subway is by far the softest bread I've ever had. The atmosphere here is very welcoming from both the subway employees and the gas station employees. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

I’m a resident of Loudon Co. - I’ve visited this particular Subway location countless times. Tonight (07/31/19), me and my family decided to stop by and get a sub for dinner. We’d just left Food City and my fiancé wanted something fresh. I’m aware of the operating hours, but instinctively, we checked the time to be sure. It plainly states that the store is open until 9pm - it was 10 minutes prior. The young girl behind the counter had, I presume, already locked the door. My son stood at the door, for a moment, and the young girl shook her head. We then left. I work in this industry and I’ve had many years in customer service. This was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. I understand that people look forward to going home after a shift, but you don’t turn away customers during operating hours. I can’t imagine management would approve of this - certainly not corporate. I did not give this store only one star because I don’t believe that would be fitting. I just would encourage management to look out for things like this in the future. Small towns provide the majority of business that these stores will have. Honor your hours and always be welcoming!
