I had the best old-fashioned cocktail. It is strong but loves it. I had spicy fried oysters. I enjoyed it a lot. I love spicy. Then I had Bourbon Chop. It was so delicious. I really enjoyed the green beans and the mashed potato, but I love the pork chop more.

We really enjoyed our meals and drinks at Bourbon Bistro. Our waitress was outstanding and offered good recommendations. Great location in a more lively part of town. Will come back.
Overall great experience. Nice selection of bourbon and good eats. The reason I gave 4 stars for the food is due to the bread pudding dessert. While flavorful with amazing cherries on top, the amount of sauce/glaze on the plate was complete overkill.
Get the filet and shrimp and grits. The steak melted in my mouth and I've NEVER EVER EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE had shrimp and grits as good as the chef here does. He's amazing. I wish i could come him.
