Bistro 301 - Louisville - Photo album

I really give this 4.5 stars - I would give 5, my dining partner said 4. We had great service, delicious food. My only note - I thought the tortilla chips were just a bit undercooked. Almost was too clean looking (design wise). Maybe a little more personality and this place is perfect!
The shrimp and grits were awesome and I'm not sure how you can improve upon queso but they did!
A wonderful dining experience. A warm welcome from the beginning, great food and excellent service. The chef came out afterwards to check that all was okay, and we ended up having a drink on the house (not expected, but very welcome). As visitors to Louisville we were exceedingly impressed, and I wo
The service was good and the the dish I chose was very good. I tried the Fried Chicken Sandwich ("Nashville Style"), which was served on Texas toast. The cut of meat was good and had enough spice. It came with homemade fries which were also very tasty. Had a nice view of bustling (albeit cold) Marke
I'd actually like to give this 4.5 stars if I could. We ate here a few weeks ago during a big conference weekend. We waited awhile before being acknowledged since it was so busy - however once they noticed we were waiting we had two members of staff trying to help us get seated. I ordered the BBQ s
I have been here only a few times, but when I travel to Louisville it is the only place to eat! I love the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and do their best to make your evening special. The food is amazing! I love that their menu is so extensive, there is som
I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich for lunch. The outside was spicy and crunchy while the chicken was very tender. It had been a long time since I was there last, I will be back soon. The sevice was great as well and the total cost for our group was great.
Just at here for the first time. We had a reservation which was ready for us even though we showed up a bit early. There was a concert happening at the Yum center, so they were completely slammed. So I'm going to tell you there was a major backup in the kitchen due to every table being full at the s
Not sure what happened with the first reviewer who was here, but my wife and I have been here several times (5+), both lunch and dinner, and we have never had bad service. The food has always been well prepared and my cup has never been empty (My biggest pet peeve). The menu has a wonderful variety
My wife missed on her order. But the ambiance, particularly in the bar area was very nice. I've had many a hot brown in Louisville, and this one was probably the best. It' almost what you want a downtown bistro to be
We were going to spaghetti factory but there was 1 1/2 hr wait! We decided to go to another place & that happened to be Bistro 301. The food was great (portabella mushroom burger & fries) as was the service. I'm glad for the opportunity to eat there!!
I was here in the middle if the afternoon so it was very quiet. Very nice atmosphere. Loved the old nrick walls. Had the chicken and brie salad. Chicken excellent! Extremely FRESH! Would definitely return.
The menu offerings are very good. The atmosphere is cool. Kind of uptown bistro meets pub. :) The food is pretty yummy. This is a nice spot and the staff is super friendly.
Always an impressive meal. There have been several chefs over the years, but all have been amazing artists who get some leeway to add a few of their favorites to the menu. Which I remember being the story behind how they added nashville-style chicken to their menu before it was "a thing" in this t
