Tried several samples. Thought the Potato Soup was excellent and also the Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup! Ended up getting the Chicken Pot Pie Soup though!!! Awesome!

I love the folks at the 4th Street Location! They are always friendly and it almost feels like family when I visit. If I could give 1,000 stars I would because they deserve it! They always give 110% in every aspect of Customer service!

Excellent soup and sandwiches. Delicious. My thinking was a higher quality than typical. Nice location, clean, attractive restaurant, friendly servers. $25 for two people so a bit on the high side for lunch. However, and unfortunately, we'll not go back. They served that fake tasting ice tea from concentrated syrup. Yuck. Why-oh-why when you have an emphasis on quality do you not serve fresh brewed ice tea?

Each time I travel to a town that has this restaurant, I count the minutes to eat there. I absolutely love this place, their differing variety of soups (and I am NOT a soupie), their samples, the sandwich options, their service... Has been consistent in the few I have visited. COME TO CALIFORNIA PLEASE!!

I really enjoy the quality of the soups at Zoups. Today, being cold and windy I wanted something warm and hardy and chose the Chicken Pot Pie soup.
The soup was fantastic and unlike chicken pot pies, it was the perfect temperature so I could enjoy it immediately (normally I would have to wait for the pie to cool before digging in).
The staff are friendly and efficient and always offering to give customers samples.
I have never had a bad meal here. I highly recommend it.
This is by far the best casual dining experience I had during my visit to Louisville. Walked in the door and was immediately greeted with enthusiasm and politeness. They explained all of their menu options and gave us a chance to sample the different soups. I decided on the zesty chicken bacon sandwich and cup of chicken tortilla soup. It was prepared quickly and was absolutely delicious. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Superior, friendly customer service and excellent food.
I had the veggie whole grain wrap and the veggies were grilled but cold. I anticipated a warmer sandwich/wrap. There was only one choice of chips so barbecue was it. Coming from a flight, it had to do in a pinch. It was also close to my hotel. It's been a few years, but when me and my friend went it was awesome. I remember the soup being nice and spicy and the sandwiches are fresher than other chains.
Every time I come here the staff is super friendly and helpful. You also get a lot for your money and they're fast with your food. My only complaint is that when I come here, I feel like they have a lot of the same soups. I wish they had more variety!
Best soup ever! I always get the broccoli cheddar and the club. Always good service. A very involved owner and his awesome family run the place. Good food, service and very clean. In fact, the broccoli cheddar is SO good, I could stay in the place and eat it all night!
My first time at Zoup today (4/22/2013). I had the amazing Chicken Pot Pie Soup and a 4-Cheese Melt sandwich. Soup was the best I have ever had of that type. Sandwich was excellent. Waitstaff were especially helpful when I told them it was my first time there. Great place and I will definitely be back again.
I have been to other Zoup!s before, and always enjoyed them. I was excited to try this new location and I was not disappointed. They let you taste test every soup they have if you like.
I got the "mac N Cheese" soup, and it tasted EXACTLY like homemade. If you want something wonderful for lunch, and to try something new, Try Zoup!
