Dinner at Noosh Nosh was wonderful! Service was on point even though it was busy. They do not take reservations so we got there early, 5:30, on a Saturday. A line was out the door by 6pm.

Tomato soup was quite good. Rich tomato flavor.

Lots of pepperoni, flavorful sauce and enough cheese. Crust was thin but not paper thin.
Varied menu. Several unusual dishes, for example hot brown pizza and a mushroom and goat cheese crepe.

Noosh Nosh is a hidden gem in Louisville. They have a state of the art pizza oven in the center of the restaurant. Everything on the menu is fantastic.

Food very good, fairly priced, had a short wait for a table around 12:15 pm. Anxious to go back and try their Tikka masala pizza! Lots of breakfast items on their menu but I had a full sized kale/arugula salad.
Our server Tiffany was one of the sweetest people I have ever met! - we had a pepperoni and sausage pizza and a breakfast pizza from the brick oven. There are both very good! - we ended our meal with homemade peach cobbler and ice cream. We will definitely be back!

It’s a local favorite. Sit down and look around and you will quickly realize that there are quite a few regulars seated around you. It’s consistent, and friendly. Menu has a good variety from pizza (they have a pizza oven visible to all) to appetizers to sandwiches, pastas and entres.

We are currently eating a Vegan diet and while visiting Louisville wanted some options. Noosh Nosh is not Vegan/Vegetarian but have many options for those who are. Everything was excellent!!
Karen was extremely thoughtful and caring from setting up our table and throughout our meal. We were a large group, but she was able to ensure my meal was gluten-free.
