Cafe Lou Lou - Louisville - Photo album

I decided to dine out at Lou Lou food and drink tonight. Our server Deborah was awesome, she is very friendly and quick. For an appetizer we ordered the bayou dip with pita chips - the dip was not our favorite. It is mainly cream cheese based with chicken + paired with the pita bread was a weird com
I personally don’t think that my appetizer should’ve been served with pita bread. But I took it home and enjoyed with tortilla chips. My steak burger was AMAZING. It’s what saved my 4 star rating 🙏🤷‍♂️. Margarita could’ve been stronger but my waitress was super friendly.
Wonderful neighborhood bar and restaurant in the heart of St Matthews. Huge menu with tons of options - pasta, entrees, salads, sandwiches, pizza, appetizers, etc. We had drinks then the gyros and subbed out beef/lamb for chicken with broccoli sides. Delicious and filling. Service was friendly and f
Tired after a long day and visit to the Dr. wanted something different. Looked up this gem rated 4.9/5.0 on Open Table. It delivered! Our waiter Drew took care of us like we were the only customer! We had lasagna, black bean lasagna, and meatball calzones. All were excellent and large portions
Great service, wonderful waiter, had crab and french onion soup, and split a hot brown pizza! The food was good, but the service was outstanding! We will return!
We had a great experience here with the family. Wish the short rib pulled apart softly. Overall excellent food options will try other menu items!
I have heard a lot of this place , and it did not disappoint a bit. The food was spot on, the drink was good. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking is easy right up front. The whiskey selection is good too. Who would have thought to get authentic New Orleans food in Kentucky. We went in early, but th

Wonderful service and atmosphere. Between everyone at the table, we tried Wild Bill's crazy cajun cheese dip, Gumbo (needed more seasoning), Jambalaya, bean and ham soup, étouffée, pasta carbonara, pizza, bread pudding, and banana pudding (some of the best in the city). Everyone was very satisfied
Delicious Shrimp and grits! Specialty Bourbon drinks were great as well. Friendly staff and timely service. Went @5pm on a week day. Will definitely go again.
