Alex was seriously the best service I’ve had in years, he made my wife’s birthday special and was super amazing and predicted what we needed spot on. Also made the best old fashioned we’ve had! Thank you, Alex for making this experience perfect and make me want to come back to a restaurant.
Our waiter Moon at the local signature drive outback restaurant was great. Very on top of service, including bringing drinks and checking to make sure everything was good. We will be back due to his great service.
As expected for a Saturday night, place was packed. However, the wait was exactly what was told. Food and service were excellent. Sarah, our waitress, was very attentive. With the restaurant this busy she made sure all our orders came out perfect. Will return if in the area.
In town for business, always love going to a tried and true establishment. Outback always hits the spot. What I wasn’t expecting, though, was the excellent service. I had Moon, and I thought he did a remarkable job. Funny, personable, quick with the refills. I’ll always go back to Outback, but he set a high bar for service that I don’t see another server beating for a long time. I’d give six stars if I could.

Was pretty slow upon arrival but we did get there before noon on a Sunday. Service was quick. We were in and out within 45 minutes and that was even with feeding 2 kids (ages 2 and 7 months). Food was great though money and my oldest daughters fries could have been cooked a minute or 2 longer and seasoned just a little better. We kept stealing my 2yr olds fries bc hers were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Everyone else seemed pleased with their food. I got a chicken sandwich (can't remember the name) but it didn't seem to have much sauce like I expected it to have but could have been my misunderstanding of the description as well. It had a decent taste just not outstanding. My husband's pasta came out with very little Alfredo so he requested more to add to it. It was finally delivered 20 minutes later once he had nearly finished all of the meat on it and much of the pasta as well. However what he did have left and brought home, he said was amazing warmed up the next day. All in all, I'd say the food and service were fine but nothing outstanding. I would assume that's why it wasn't very busy while we were there if many others have had an underwhelming experience. Not bad, just not the greatest either.
Everthing was great! The service was great! Everyone was friendly. My food was delicious! The drinks were great!I recommend eating at this establishment.
Moon was sensational!! He was very attentive and well prepared! He knew the menu, gave us suggestions, and even helped plan our future vacation to Yellowstone! He made our experience memorable and I highly recommend this location. Go see Moon today!
I went in last Friday and it was the best Outback experience I have ever had. Moon provided great, fast, and friendly service. I couldn't have asked for a better server or better food :)
Every time that I have been I have had great service. Tory Cole has always given us great service. She makes sure that we have refills and checks on us often to make sure that everything is fine. She greets us with a smile and has a great personality.

Food was good and came out quickly! Drinks were great. Server Chelsea was very efficient and friendly. All around a great experience for my family of 5! We will definitely be coming back soon
Great experience Sarah took great care of our table and all others around us. Steak was ordered medium well and was cooked to perfection, pink in the middle and not soaking in loose juice. Anthony was the cook. Ask for Sarah to wait on you and Anthony to prepare your steak!
Our server was Sarah. She was very polite, funny and could take and give joking with. The food was excellent. I hadn’t been in an Outback for years because of military service and it brought back good memories from my last Outback visit in Nashville. Thanks for your H/R people for hiring Sarah. What a delight.
