The photos are misleading on the size of the burger, for the price it's not very big. My burger was tasty with the multi grain bun and avocado. The tots were delicious with rosemary and the oil. They serve "gourmet" teas and sell cookies. Place was clean and staff was pleasant.
Smashburger consistently blows it out of the water with its burgers! π Additionally, the rosemary fries are unique in the industry. π The burgers are so wonderful that they are only two steps below That Burger Joint!! π If only the patties were juicier, more tender, and more evenly seasoned, and if they included bigger portions of grilled vegetables, then Smashburger could compete with That Burger Joint. π
I first attempted to go on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at 9 pm, 30 minutes before closing. There was a lady, however, locking the front door and blocking my way. When I said hi, the lady looked at me for half a second, and then told me that the store was not taking any more orders, because they had to get through the existing line. Therefore, I had to wait until 11 am the next day to savor these amazing burgers that are two steps below that of That Burger Joint! π
1st time at a Smashburger. Ordered a double bacon brisket burger. It was definitely messy. It was good but definitely not worth the cost. We bought 4 burgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks and paid $70+.
Smashburger was a great find when searching for a place for our family to eat. A lot of the eateries downtown focus on the drinking/bar scene, and it makes it hard to find something when you're traveling with kids.
The food was good. They had something for everyone.
I have to applaud the guy working today, (Terry, according to my receipt) for his outstanding service today. The poor guy was all alone up front during the lunch rush, with just two cooks in the back. He was taking orders at the register, bringing out the online orders, making milkshakes, and he was calm and collected the whole time, despite having his attention split in multiple directions. When the line got about 15 or 20 people deep, he asked for everyone's attention, apologized for the situation, and let us know that if we were in a rush, we may wanted to consider other options. He promised us all a great experience, and politely asked for our patience if we still wanted to stay. Not a single person got out of line. He apologized to every guest and thanked them for their patience.
I could not be more impressed with how he handled the situation. Great job Terry!
Went with my wife and we got a double Colorado, Mac and cheese burger, fries and tots. We both thought the food was great. I would say the best fast food/fast casual burger Iβve had outside of Shake Shak.
The food was great! It was fresh In tasted good. I love how hard they worked even with a chaotic atmosphere. I recommend eating here
The staff was incredibly welcoming and was sure to explain the menu in depth when we mentioned we were first timers. The black bean burger was great and the Brussels sprouts were amazing! A bit salty, but very great flavor. We got our food in about 5 minutes. Super clean in here as well!
I was happy to find a full black bean burger menu option. I wish my strawberry shake tasted better and that my food was ready close to when estimated via the online ordering option.
We were in town for a TSA conference, over 7,000 kids in the area for 5 days. Some of the restaurants had to shut their doors bc they couldn't handle the capacity. Smashburger handled the crowd with ease, yes they were slammed, everyone was working at their fastest. I just wanna give them props for holding it down with so many people. Food was amazing, all our orders were correct, and we didn't even wait that long. Thank you guys.
Our first time eating at Smash Burgers. Everything tasted great! Double smash burger, chicken tenders, tator tots, and brussel sprouts were all very tasty!
Super good burger and toppings, but the reason I started going there was I can get a Gluten Free hamburger bun.

You can get a gluten free grilled chicken sandwich here, and gluten free Brussels sprouts. Both very good. I have never had problems here. Everything has been as it should.
