We went at 5pm on a Wednesday no issue being seated but we beat the crowd, people started coming in right after us but we weren’t crowded. We were a party of ten . The waitress was attentive and made sure our drinks stayed full and got all of our orders correct. The chef was very entertaining and the kids loved it. I got the chef special and she also added on fried spicy crab rolls. The food was good and cooked how I asked. The place could use some cosmetic updates and better appearances but food was good and so was service.
Comes close to 5* but with no kitchen help and only option being hot tables, going with 4. The chefs do a great job entertaining and food very good. Lunchtime reasonably priced. They easily accommodated a group of about 16 in the same room.
The food and service were great! Reading other reviews, omg. People are trying to run a business, they cannot cater to you're every need and want 🙄
We were seated at a hibachi grill quickly, there was only 2 of us so they needed more before doing the grill. 2 more came in soon. And then we were served (this was on a Tuesday). I feel like this is a very efficiently run restaurant that does the very best to manage profits and taking the very best of their customers. I had a wonderful experience on a Tuesday afternoon. Most restaurants slack on Tuesday. Shogun gave me the same service on a Tuesday as a Saturday. I actually enjoyed the experience more. It felt more relaxed
Everything was fast we got right in,the food came fast. When they were preparing the food the show that they put on was very entertaining the atmosphere was very positive as there were other people and guests there in the room having their "food show" put on and it made it very fun and a very positive vibe!
This place is amazing such wonderful stuff, so nice and welcoming the restaurant was very clean the kids thought the bridge across the ponds was awesome with the fish and the coins like a wishing well so cute! After we was seated our Chef came in dimmed the lights started cooking oh my goodness the smell of the food was delicious in its self! The portions are very Fulfilling pictures are attached. I would definitely recommend that you check this place out if you haven't already.
I've been eating here for over 6 years, it's always been the same delicious food. if you go during dinner there will be at least a small wait no matter what. the dinner service is more expensive and you get the same food as lunchtime so just go then! always recommend shoguns as even in the microwave the next day it's amazing food! also if you have kids in your party the chef will do fun tricks and show off, it's always fun (:
The idea is fun. It's only $20-30 a person for the entire habatchi and the chefs are great at the entire performance. The food is great. The wait is a bit long but it's made up by the quality of the food
My first time here. Everything was amazing. Food was prepared in front of me. The tricks the cook did were fun to watch. Absolutely loved this place.
Food was great but very expensive, it's about $20-$25 per person after tip and drink. Also the place seemed a little dirty, particularly the floor, ceiling and the ventilation for the grill.
I've been here now twice, same great service and awesome rolls each time. Seating is always quick, perfect when you're on a hurry during lunch.
Delicious sushi and a delightful chef. I have been to many places that do hibachi-style service, but our chef Max was a cut above. He could do all the tricks, give you great conversation and serve an excellent meal. If you like sushi, try the Bahama Roll. It is exquisite.
Lunch time is quite not a lot of people in the restaurant and the hibachi grill was delicious. Friendly service and big portions.
great food, great lunch prices, clean place and great chef; shoutout to our super friendly Filipino chef who went above and beyond providing great service!
The salad itself was fresh, but the sauce was too watery. The soup did not have a strong taste. The hibachi dishes were good.
