I found this place on a list of places still open after midnight post-covid.
So glad I tried it. The food is top notch, the vibe is welcoming, there's pool and darts in the back. The bartenders were friendly and helpful.
An iconic place here in Louisville. I always enjoy my time at spring Street. We went there for wing week. Their wings are average but always a good time going to this bar
Nice place. I was there for burger week. The burger was good, not too bad.
I have heard a lot about this place. I am not sure if their wings are still good.
It is just a bar. You usually go to bar to order beers and also go to food station to order foods too. I will come back with friends and have good time because the outdoor area didn't look too bad.
I came here with a regular 2 times this past week. We were looking for a late night bite both times. We ordered drinks. They were on the skimpy side when it came to the liquor. But that didn't really bother me. The first night we just ate cheese balls so not much room to mess that up. The 2nd night things fell off a bit. Both my partner and I ordered a sandwich with fries. The fries were good and the portion was larger than usual. The cook sprinkled salt and blk pepper on them. I love seasoned fries but not with blk pepper at all
I'd prefer a season salt or even "Grippo" seasoning but it wasn't a big deal. I got the Reuben. It was a Big Boy! It came out stuffed tall with corned beef. Everything normally on classic Reuben. There was an issue though; the beef was extremely dry. Like it was sautéed in a pan or put under the broiler to heat it up and was left too long. Also the sour krout was in similar condition with a few pieces even being crunchy. My partner got the fish sandwich and it came with jalapeño tartar that was really good. The Tartar was stand out for sure. The biggest issue we had was after getting the food no one asked if we needed anything else. No refills offered, I even had half my sandwich sitting in front of me on the basket paper to take home. No bag or box was offered and we even had to get the bar tender's attention after sitting for a while to get our bill. We were sitting at the bar and there was only maybe 2/3 other patrons in there because it was close to closing time. He wasn't busy cleaning or anything. Just engaged with the other group next to us at the bar. Even when giving us the bill I still didn't get a Togo container.
Went to grab a quick lunch with my toddler while our car was at the shop down the street. 10/10 would recommend. The food was great and came out so fast (mom and toddler approved). The workers were so kind and accommodating.
Great place to go after work and have a burger and some beers with friends. Walk up order for food with a quick turn around time for delivering food to table. Smash burger was delicious, and i loved the combo of the sweet pickles and burger sauce. Darts and pool in the back. Big round table for playing cards if there on a relaxing night.
Great atmosphere at this bar! The staff is hit or miss on weekdays. Have been 5 times since they’ve reopened. The food menu could drastically improve. Probably the worst reuben I’ve ever had (ordered on 2 occasions) and the current fries aren’t worth ordering but the cheese balls, onion rings and brisket chili are all great! Best burger I’ve had in a long time!
Some of the best wings in town, ice cold beer from the tap, plenty of TVs and great service. All that you want and more in a divey local watering hole.
The smell was a little off but staff was great and inviting. Drinks were cheap and the food was Typical of a dive bar. If you’re looking for a hot and Spicy wings or bites then this is the place to go.
Nice chill feel and friendly staff!!! Good place to come and have a meal between work or while you are just relaxing from the day.

My neighborhood bar is better than yours!💗The best service, food and drinks.
Glad they reopened! Good late night spot for food; no waitresses now except to bring your food. Burgers very good!
Like the Spring Street of old, but cleaner and brighter.. Great wings, tasty reuben and burgers. New owners have revived a Louisville favorite!
Fantastic wings, appetizers and drinks! A great place to see the games, great conversation, food and fun. Part of Louisville history!
They have pool and darts. Pool is FREE! I would suggest this place for large groups. The atmosphere is very warm. I got the Hi-Wire sour beer.
I came for their grand reopening and not much has changed. The menu and drinks are still affordable. The vibe is quaint. The staff seems to have it pulled together. Great spot to meet a few friends after work or after a show at Headliners.
The food was as good as it was cheap. I ordered the jumbo wings and they were extra crispy with a juicy bite and the perfect amount of sauce. My partner got the smash burger and she said it was perfect.
Nothing at Spring Street has changed, it has just been restored but the food is a little better than I remember.
Except for the bread & bummer pickles on the burger. What the heck?!?
Amazing bartenders and delicious food, don't miss the wings!
