I MISS white castle!! We do not have them in the south. So I of course had to stop in. Fresh and yummy just like I remember. Service was a little slow, but worth the wait.

The location smelled like a sewer from before we pulled into the parking lot. The food was decent. I could not understand the drive thru cashier at all. She spoke with a very thick accent. However, I thank her for being there at White Castle so late/early in the morning.

Food was good. It was cool seeing the old style interior. No complaints. It was clean too.

I was actually very impressed for once with this location because I had stopped even eating at this location even though it is the most convenient location for me bc its less than 1 mile from my home. I started traveling all way out to the outerloop store bc EVERYTHING about the place including staff is just so much better. Its always clean and not totally trashed the employees act like they love there job and are very welcoming unlike Eastern pkwy the employees there absolutely hate there job and everything about it have no customer service or plain old people skills the food is always cold soggy or not even what you order for that matter never give you drinks or shakes you pay for if you ask for condiment you would of thought they were giving it too you from there personal stash and they pay for it if I could have my way I say that place needs to fire everyone that shows up there and acts as if they work and get a whole new crew in there immediately cause it absolutely cannot go on much longer the way it is bc if it does id guess that eventually noone is gonna eat there and they will be forced to close anyways FRIENDLY TIP: IF U LOVE UR JOB U WILL NEVER WORK A DAY ONE IN UR LIFE!!! IF U HATE UR JOB U MAKE IT BAD FOR U AND EVERTONE ELSE TOO

Good variety of food. Really enjoyed the chicken rings and loaded fries. Was sad they did not have the sprite midnight. Service was a little slow, but they were friendly.

Good hot food, eat there often. Must b good for others as drive through is always busy.

I paid the drive thru guy to much money and he was honest! My money was stuck together because it was new money, (just came from the bank). This was really good of the gentlemen working the drive thru! Thank you! The crave case was nice and fresh too! Can't beat a Box of Sliders and a Big Red! A+ Service!
