I give this place a 4 out of 5 because I felt like the pho broth was missing something. The Vietnamese coffee was absolutely delicious.
Food still taste great as ever, but if you order pho, any particular soup, make sure to tell them you want the vegetables/herbs on the side because now they put it all inside the soup. I have no problem with it though, the more vegetables and herbs, the better but my husband didn't like it. He didn't want to ask for a new bowl, so he picked them out.
They no longer offer free water, so make sure you order a drink at the beginning. They also no longer leave napkins at the table either. I don't know why. I really like this restaurant however I feel it has gone down after covid. The air conditioner was probably broken on the day my family and I went because it was pretty stuffy.
The staff there were simply amazing. Food absolutely mouth watering and as authentic as it can possibly get. I was blown away by the portion size, massive compared to most other restaurants. The ambiance was a little lacking but I focus on the food and the service above all else!
I highly recommend giving this place a chance if you find yourself nearby.
For a little dive restaurant, they had one of the best Vietnamese dishes I've had yet. I knew it was authentic cuisine when it started filling up with a bunch of Vietnamese customers!!!
One of the local hidden gems here in Louisville KY. If you're looking for a great affordable authentic Vietnamese restaurant without hurting the bank, then this is it. Plenty of dishes to choose from and the quantity they give is abundant. Cash only, well worth a visit. Flavors, taste, and authenticity at its finest.
What a gem!!! Hands down the best Pho in town! The Beef Stew was absolutely delicious! The service was great. Would give 5 stars but had to leave after ordering to get cash as, at the time of my visit they only accepted cash. Will definitely be coming back!!

Best Pho we have found in Louisville so far! The sliced beef was so tender and the broth was flavorful. Service was fast and friendly. Way better than Vietnam Kitchen! We will definitely be back!

When you walk in, you feel like family and the food is just immaculate. Best authentic Vietnamese food in Louisville, hands down! Excellent service. The pho is absolutely delicious and I go there frequently with my friends and have a good time. Fantastic restaurant ran by a fantastic family that always treats us with the greatest hospitality. One of the best, if not, the best place in Louisville for authentic Vietnamese food.
My wife is Vietnamese and we believe this is the most authentic Vietnamese place in Louisville. We honestly believe that this place could expand to another location or relocate and become massive. Come here if you want real Vietnamese food, you will not be disappointed. Oh keep in mind, they only take cash.

Food is well priced and delicious! Waitress that took and provided my carry out order was friendly and helpful, as it was only my second time ordering there.
They are a CASH ONLY restaurant. This is not a negative, just good to know before going so you can stop at an ATM if you don't carry cash on hand.
