This was my first visit to Panera today. I am really enjoying my Fuji Apple Salad and Iced Tea. Will definitely make a return visit to the Shelbyville Rd location. The staff in the Drive Thru was very nice as well.

All good at this chain cafe. Good food, friendly service, and very relaxing atmosphere. This mall location is tucked away off the main concourse and is able to provide a place to enjoy a bit to eat if you are not in the mood for the hustle and bustle of a mall food court.
I was pissed they got rid of my favorite sald. Left my item there came back, and cashier remebered me by name with my lost item and a smiling face you guys are awesome and a cookie to make it even better

Ordered chicken sandwich. Received a chicken sandwich and a puppy. Sandwich was delicious, puppy needed a bath
The food is delicious. Great value on a pick two, with plenty of options. Yuuummmmmeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!
I like their food especially their broccoli cheddar soup
